Hello low, I’ve worked with surgeons doing sports medicine and I wanted to let you know that high intensity cardio is the last thing you want to do because of the fact that you would destroy your hips and knees and because of that in the long run you would have a high chance of getting a knee or hip replacement so I think weight training and dieting is the best way to lose weight.
Agent coming at Jon for being a hater to Low about his weight but then when Low was explaining he's been active before but still gained weight he wanna go, "so you just out ate the activity" I am weak
Low and Agent acting like they know more fitness than Jon being the heaviest and most unhealthy on the Pod is wild 😂 Jon is right, you gotta do high cardio or endurance cardio (build up) to speed your metabolism to lose weight. Just lifting and gaining "muscle" under a fat body doesn't as a whole burn fat the way Agent was saying, IE big ass lineman. They the strongest and can lift the most but still fat 😂. Diet is a big part to Agent's credit but it's a also a combination of that and doing exercises that will ultimately speed your metabolism. And Low saying he was highly active and gaining weight at AGE 10 is 100% Expected. You weren't properly lifting to specifically gain muscle or burn fat or whatever ever in high school. Just basically cardio is being targeted to have the endurance to keep running all game whichever sport for the average teen in HS sports. But I ain't a professional, I just know basic biology. Go see a dietitian/nutritionist/personal trainer. Yall gotta admit when you don't know shit about the topic especially when your knowledge of the topic would be visually reflective via yo body 😂
Muscle recovery isn’t gonna burn you enough calories to weight. You’ll burn a couple calories due to muscle recovery not hundreds. You’ll maybe lose 100 or 200 calories lifting in a workout. The benefit of lifting is to preserve muscle and boost youre metabolism by having more muscle
don’t worry ab carbs track your calories if you eat under your daily/weekly maintenance calories and you try and eat healthier foods it’ll b good and easier to maintain as a lifestyle
