Sir i too faced the same problem. What they show in youtube are not available in website. As they said how can we accept that the item is sold. Mere showing in youtube is not useful. I have advised them to mention the item code while display so that we can identify the item. They don't want to do it because the displayed items are not available for sale.
This could be business strategy of selling some stuff that is not shown in videos. She attracts customers with high quality video and sarees but when we go to
Website and check the products, none of these looks same as in video and most of these are not available in website at all. The simple bluff they say is if you don’t see it is out of stock but I go to website with in 5 minutes of releasing the video. How can it be possible? Even I asked to show item code and match with website and video or give urls for sarees shown in video and they don’t want to do it because they are not selling these at all. These are just to attract customers
Parimala SwathiI purchase from them online but within minutes it’s sold out..demand is more but every time whatever they show will be available..I have purchased close to around 6 or 7 sarees..
