Melamine faced board full automatic loading & unloading solution, with edges trimming machine.
Before UV coating and PUR laminating line, the pre laminate board edges are sharp, it's easy to break and left dirt on the board surface and affect the finishing result. And the sharp edges will damage the rollers as well. So we provide the trimming process solution for this situation.
After edges trimming, the edges will have rounded corner, to avoid above problems.
