I have mine serviced every 2 years because when I bought this place in 2006, the heat pump went out the following summer and so I went to Sears and bought a 3 ton heat pump which the old one was a 2 ton but I've had this one serviced every 2 years because the warranty finally went out about 3 years ago but when I get it serviced, they say it's like a new one. I'm sorry my friend.

I can remember hearing a story about a guy getting his ankle grabbed in his stand. He dropped his flask from his stand .when he was getting out of there he heard something say mike calling his name . He went back years later and his flask was still there full of coffee. Think it might have been on wes channel. Take care people

I've lived in Dedham Mass my whole life and yes they are in Massachusetts In fact they are within 30 miles of Boston Mass I've seen them twice in a particular conservation land I will not name the location for their safety and my respect for them and showing themselves to me and my son saw his first one in Westport Mass about 3 years ago. I work at a restaurant in Boston West Roxbury to be specific and I talk about this subject all the time it is so hard to talk to other bostonians about Sasquatch because they assume that everything is cars and buildings in they have no idea what is going on in the forests.
