in my mind i tough every bullet in this video was made of adamantium and my suspension of disbelief was all right haha also in origins all things considered it was not a big bullet and it did enough damage to give him amnesia wich is kinda impressive

technically the adamantium is bonded to his bones at the cellular level, meaning that, yes, a single cell would be enough to heal him back to full (though that particular instance being referenced was because of being empowerd by an alien crystal, the Mk'rann Crystal, most associated with the aliens known as the Shi'ar or the mutant juggernaut)
it would take maybe a few hours while he rebuilds his body (statring with the nervous system according to the comics in that page you showed), so he just sits there in a state of ''near-death'' with his own thoughts
how his subconsciousness decides which cell to choose? i wouldn't be able to even begin to guess how
this would also involve the adamanitum bending to retain his normal skeletal structure, after all magneto can bend it as he pleases and wolvie can walk it off fairly quickly if he's not ripping it out of him, so even the bullet in the vid that bent the bones would only slow him down for less then a minute, and he would still be walking or running toward you for everything before that shot, the headshot would knock him out in the movies (given the X-men 2 scene at iceman's house), but adamantium once set is all but indestructible
but it just comes down to the healing factor, which clearly insanely strong, logan doesn't need the skeleton to survive but it very much helps when a fight breaks out, even if it slows it down a touch (depending on the era of comic, orginally it didn't slow it at all, then they ''nerfed'' it so now it does slow it, it also depends on which continuity/universe)
now if you want to disrupt the healing factor, then you need a metal known as #carbonadium#, another fictional metal that was highly radioactive, this somewhow disrupts people's healing factors and as such a few people in the comics made stuff with it
such as:
Omega Red (has tentacle whips on his wrists coated in the stuff, the man was teased at the end of X-men 97's season 1 and is a recurring wolverine villain)
Deadpool (both his blades are made of it)
Doctor Octopus has made one set of tentacles with it
Moon Knight's suit has been laced with it since 2009-ish
and carbonadium has been used as a base to smelt bullet casings, thus theoretically anyone with enough money can buy a few, this included Logan's ''son'' Daken (using the word loosely here, more like X-23, a clone junior version)
All Wolwerines bones are adamantium, not just claws... healing is happening on the flesh, 😁

Hey Lauren, a lot of Brandon herreras shooting videos aren't about what target he's shooting, but rather the coolness of the gun and how it's shot and gun education. That's why he doesn't show what he's shooting. Cause alot of the time he's just shooting the ground or the berm. It's a different style of gun content.
