@@nevadachii Nah, it is mentioned in the patch notes that the effect becomes permanent after applying it once. It is only gonna be bad on non-Abyss stages for the first rotation. But afterwards it's fine.

Hoyo devs should made sparkle as rite of oblivion valk, replacement of coralie and support for vita they are honestly smoking, nerfing her hard then needs elemental breach to reduce her cd ulti 🤦
she still great for main dps with vita teri so not really useless for p2 only useless if you don't have hotr to support p1 fire team but it's not final yet since it's not cn live yet so let's just hope there's more change for her p1 support capabilities

She’s a support in Part 1 teams, the Breach state requirement just means you can’t use Sparkle Ai and MUST have either HoTr or AE for the Ult CD reduction
Imagine if you are force to pull Hotr because Sparkle can't fully use all her support skill Part 1 valk without Elemental Breach support from Hotr. That's enough reason to show that MiHoYo force us to abandon Chrono Navi as alternative support. If they don't reverse this change, Chrono Navi had to be retired from the game.
