Can someone help provide a link to what type of college /degree or training/courses would be be prerequisite or qualification for this career? Esp if you have Not taken biology or science courses? Also, I am in the US, so any links as well to what types of courses etc to qualify for this career would help, I will still look at any references from Europe, hwr. Thank you!

Hi most flavorists start off either in quality control or flavour compounding. The latter is a better entry route if you don't have a scientific background. Find local flavour houses and ask if you can apply to be a compounder. From there learn the raw materials smell/taste and build an internal 'library' . When you're confident with that then push to be trained as a junior flavorist.
