That’s the great thing about cooking, everyone can tailor their recipe to their personal liking. For many people, lowering their salt intake by using other seasonings can help them fight heart disease, which can be a challenge when you love the salt flavor. But I agree, using the least amount of processed foods with additives is best overall ☺️
