That's not ambarsari kulcha, it's tandoori stuff parantha. One advice to you guys, please thoda Bahar nikal kar khud food try karo, online wale price are higher on zomato and swiggy. Bahar jakar khane se jagah ke bare mein bhi pata chalega. That's different thing if you guys are busy and doesn't have much time to go out and vlog.
Shahi paneer mein cheeni isliye daalte hai kyuki tamatar ki gravy sirf naam naam ki hoti hai isliye tamatar ka jo sweet or tangy flavour hota hai usko thoda replace karne ke liye daalte hai par vo lagti bahot bekaar hai
