Hi, thanks a lot for this overview! It really encouraged me to start plotting again. Thanks for emphazising that we don't have to follow these structures to a t, bc I always was caught in the middle and it felt not right with a method and then I just stopped it overall ^^
I always feel so caught up by *choosing the right method* or *making sure it's perfect* so I totally understand - but we got this!! We just have to keep going

No need to apologize! At the midpoint it’s common for a “time clock” to be set where the MC and crew now have to accomplish the main goal (or central conflict) of the story by a certain time - this is a way to add stakes by putting a ticking clock as pressure on your characters!
