I’m honestly really sad if the Halloween update doesn’t come back, because the haunted house and those things are relatively new, but the new school is amazing! Not sure about all seasonal events happening just there but I totally understand the devs need to time and maybe it’s only like this until the school is fully out ❤
But there's also gonna be a dollhouse of the blackwood manor for the dorms so idk? Also where would the trick or treating be? It's been there since 2017 and would be sad if it's gone

Rant Ahead-
As someone who played Royale high religiously, I am very upset. Wickery Cliffs was always my favorite map. Also, during the years leading up to the new school, we were given reused seasonal maps and no updates/bad updates (we're looking at you, dewdrop showers), and so many players quit. There was also an issue with people being unfairly banned from trading hub, and Royale High never getting back to them because of the "new school" (I was one of those players). Once you couldn't trade, Royale high became boring. Since the devs couldn't update the game often enough, the entire game became about getting all of the items available, having the most in your inv, etc. The only breaks we got from that were the seasonal updates and any new sets that came with them. Now that the dev team has finally released the new school, people who quit came back from the dead, Royale high players were at their keyboards 24/7, and RUclipsrs filmed about everything. But now even more people are quitting because "I waited 2 years for this school, I missed updates, new maps, old maps, etc. I defended the Royale High devs. For this though??? They decided they just NEED to release the new school in PHASES, like we haven't waited long enough already. That's it, I quit this stupid game." (Posted by an anonymous user on Twitter/X). And now even more players are quitting because of the Wickery Cliffs drama.
In the fall/winter seasons of the year, Royale High is split in two. We have half of the community freaking out because of the Halloween update, and half of the community preparing vigorously for the Christmas update. The amount of players that will quit due to this will be insane. Royale high had many active players. In the time passing towards the New School, this number went down drastically. Around the Est and Pst active hours, there would be up to 40k active players. This number goes down all the way to 10k after the Est active hours are gone (at least, from what I've seen). I remember when RH would have up to 100k+ active players around those active hours. It's insane.
Yeah this is so true, my opinion is that if the new school is gonna make the seasonal updates not come then I would rather not have the new school or have them hold back on updating the new school, I love the seasonal updates and that’s like the main thing I’m always excited for, I’m departing quitting cause this game is just getting worse and worse…
Tbh after the new update with the school it’s been hard to play. My game is really laggy now and would constantly kick me out of the game and that use to NEVER happen.

like you said the rh community really needs to make up their minds… before the school came out people were complaining about the new school taking too much of the devs attention and that they were done with the same seasonal updates, but now that the devs are possibly changing the seasonal updates they’re throwing another fit. don’t get me wrong I’d love for wickery cliffs to come back but I’m sure whatever the devs do will be amazin.
That's the thing, so far we only know that Wickery Cliffs isn't coming back but we still have no idea whether something would replace it or Halloween is just gonna be spent releasing the rest of the Campus 3 phases like the Art, Archery and Basketball class. I feel like that's what most players are concerned about, not just that it's going away.. I do still hope we'll get a new realm with (perhaps) a new maze to be completed though

i dont know but i really want wickery cliffs to remain in royale high...no matter how old it is it still has memories and fun games which i cant forget...

Honestly, people should take what they can get instead of stressing the hell out of the devs even MORE considering how long it took them to even FINISH that new school. Now they got nothing but complaints for it and wanna do a complete 180 on them? How the hell is that fair to them??

New school is just quests , loosing hard earn farmed for yearly saved , time consuming diamonds earned and fir what , because of the furniture in the dorms being ridiculously expensive in the dorm store , players still getting kicked out of the game it’s no way this size update was properly ready and based on how many time I too am kicked out in the middle of quest it was ‘REMOVE WICKERY CLIFFS ‘ AND ADD NEW SCHOOL TO SHUT THE COMMUNITY WHO GETTING ON OUR NERVES ABOUT THE NEW SCHOOL UP”! take what’s important to us add what you want

I honestly don’t really put royals high that much anymore, but I feel like it’s pretty hypocritical that people were upset that the same seasonal updates were coming back because they were working on the new school, but when the school finally comes and the Halloween update is cancel, that’s all we’re focus on now, even though a years worth project had finally just been released, I don’t blame them for being upset about wickery being cancel, but we just got a massive update and now people are just forgetting about it and wanting a Halloween update, can’t we just be grateful we got something
I know, however the new school is getting boring tbh. It’s only the start of September so why are we all worrying now? Let’s just enjoy the school, and then when it’s October enjoy exactly the new school again. I feel like Royale high is such a big game with so much more potential however like no devs. There are many people that would be willing to content the players and give them what they want, however with just a couple devs it would be really hard. It’s not as simple as that unfortunately, however I get why players are mad. All we have to do is a chair game and quests, while wasting money on your dorm. Tbh I agree with everyone who is sad, and it’s okay to be. Wickery cliffs was the staple of Royale high, a main attraction, and I get players are being picky and that it’s just a game, however some of us are going through a lot and resort to this game for comfort. More devs are 100% needed asap.

I really dont care for any of the old realms after seeing the new school tbh. It looks so much better and I never got emotionally attached to the old realms because well its a game 🤷🏾♀️. This will all slide over soon as the royale high community still plays the game no matter how much they complain because its always at a decent player count

Ngl i think everyone should just be patient and wait for the new school to be finished and then next year we can enjoy all the updates! Maybe lets not stress the devs because look so many old games weren’t updated IN AGES. and look royale high is still here giving us the new school and updating the game a lot! So lets just be patient and grateful
I don’t think the school is boring yet. I played for a few hours straight without stopping because I was having fun and not fire ring myself to grind exp and diamonds. In total I made about 95k diamonds
For me I think they should still bring back wickers cliffs but add a Halloween event in the new school because for some people campus 3 is very leggy for them like me I keep getting kicked out of campus 3

I hope I’m wrong but I don’t see royale high being the best game it was long ago when I first started playing it’s payer count was as high as RUclipsr callmehhalley subscribers but now is below then marks and it’s rapidly dropping

My opinion:
While the new school is getting a tad bit boring, us as a community really do need to decide. Do we want new holiday updates or new school updates? We can just switch sides every time something is removed or old. When we got a reused Wickery Cliffs map everyone freaked out and yelled at the devs to give us the new school instead, but when we have the new school everyone yells for the reused map they despised a year prior for being old. This is obviously upsetting because Wickery Cliffs was a great Halloween map, but as Princess said, the devs can only focus on so much at one time.

In my opinion, the new school is more important than whickery cliffs. Idk if we'll still be able to earn candy, but if not we can have more time to farm diamonds for dorm furniture and halloween sets. If we CAN earn candy in the new school (such as trick-or-treating at the dorms), that would be great. But at the same time there's art class, musical chairs, ect. Those can keep us occupied for quite a while.
