Hello I have a question about dependant visa application. when I go through immigration health surcharge my husband's visa type showed as graduate. then at the bottom my information is required. for me there is section "graduate dependant" which I am not so I choose"graduate". but for him there is no section like that. I am so concerned so I haven't submitted the form. what do you think is it ok ?
Yes you can leave it as it is coz everyone got the same options as you and I have also done the same so continue with it

Do not worry you will receive your visa as emails and timelines of the applications sometimes different with others

I have applied for PSW visa. And my husband have applied for dependent PSW visa. Although, for last 1 year, during my course time , my husband was staying in home country and he did come to UK more than 3 time for short durations like 10 to 15 days on student dependent visa. So does my husband will face any problems to get graduate dependent visa as he was not staying with me for 1 year - course time.
I don’t think there should be a any big problem but if you have applied the visa already then no other option of wait and watch, as can’t say anything

well I’m going to apply for Psw with family and I want to know something about proof of evidence that we both husband wife still live together and I’ve nothing except bank statements with same address where we live.. can we use these statements in one PDF file for this purpose as a proof of evidence ??
You can give that but mostly marriage certificate is the main proof for marriages but sometimes they dont ask the evidence but still you can apply.

Don’t worry this is happening with majority of the applicants, so the main applicant will also get the visa confirmation soon

Both are separate application and you have to pay for both same amount

Hello please I have applied for my graduate visa, but my dependant is about to apply and they are asking how long he has stayed outside the UK. The thing is he has been in our home country for most of the time and has only come to the UK 3 times during the student dependent visa because he works back home. Is it okay that he has been outside the UK for more months than he has been in the UK during the 1 year of my degree. Will it affect the graduate dependant application?
If he is staying with you in UK while applying than no problem as I haven’t seen any rule for the same but still I suggest consult with any professional solicitor.

Sometimes it can take longer as well but you double check the application you have made, to make sure you have not made any mistake while applying

That totally depends on them and you already applied the visa then no need to worry if your visa expires
Sir when I applied visa for dependent they cut more ihs fees like 2587 pond . How can we refund it . And why they cut more fees.

it asked for enter expiry date of visa
And also asked for applying visa expiry date for new application
When I entered current visa expiry date which is 30th sep 2023
It asking £312 pounds only
It means
I have to enter 2 years expiry date right
Do I need to start new application again
Yes you need to enter current expiry date of your visa and currently they may take random amount but later on few days after they will send another link for remaining payments, so don’t worry

You should select yes on that option but you can connect with UKVI for the same or else consult with any immigration solicitor in uk

Yes you can continue with that and after few days they will send you another payment link for the rest of your IHS fees
Brother, Need to know only one thing.I want to know how much time i have worked extra in full year. As per my understanding only during term break, I have break extra hrs but in normal university timing, I have work 20 hrs but how to check that.
Those details can be found with HMRC. They can provide you employment history but I am not sure about hours, You can try with them by calling them

Most probably any legal stay upto 10 yrs counts

Normal time is 8 weeks and dont worry you will get your visas its might got delayed due to Christmas time

I applied for my dependent and main applicant together and I got the success but my wife got the email of submitting the remaining fees, which i paid, in my application i was never asked to submit any proof of relationship, do i need to submit it myself or don’t need to. And one more thing, when is the final result going to come for my dependent
If there is an option then you can submit marriage certificate or they will email you for the documents. Results can be 2 to 3 weeks average

When you apply psw then its the next step to pay is ihs and application fees. there is no separate process for that. just simply log back into your main application and just complete it. you dont need to inform for ihs number, that will be auto sync

It should be 1248 but if showing higher than contact ukvi for that and sometimes they refund back if extra amount taken from the applicant

Hello brother I applied for my visa but when I'm applying for my dependent PSW after reading the chip on BRPit shows the double name of my wife.
So IHS fees have a condition if I paid once fees may not refund and you have to pay again IHS something like this. Give me your best opinion about this.

If you have selected yes when it’s says will your dependents applying with you ! Than it’s ok to proceed and once again check your application for the safer side

You can fill out the details as per the latest updates, I don’t think they will ask for any address proof in the applications, they might ask all the addresses history till date

You need to give main application number but I don’t think so they ask while making payment, they asked in starting of the application

Last question, I think there is rule that you have to be in UK at the time of applying for a graduate dependent visa and generally it takes 8 weeks which is 2 months. So after apply, I can go back india and as soon as I get it travel back

I have to apply for my child graduate dependent, it is NOT asking for prove identity via app. Daughter is here with us in the UK as Student dependent since 11 months and also has BRP card. Is it mandatory to book an appointment to provide information. It is asking for lot of documents to upload for evidence (passport, family consent and financial proof). In the family consent form Part 1 it is asking for applicant sign (how can a child sign right???)

To be honest i have faced any application related to child bt I think they directly send application for biometric and also you can leave the signature column in the form and attached one more letter stating your clarification that for a child you wont be able to do sign in the form.

@@FaTima-eb6nz Hello. Congratulations on your newborn. My case was different because my child is already 7 years old and was in the UK for 11 months during the study period (graduate visa). So I had to book an appointment with the Home Office for a PSW dependent application. In your case it's a newborn and rules will differ. Please check with your university as they will be able to help better. Good luck...

We are living in a rented house with all bills included. So we don't have any utility bills like internet, water, gas, electricity or council tax to upload for evidence for dependent graduate visa. Any solution for this. We have only rent receipt.
I don’t think they ask for the same and if still they ask then you can give rent receipts

I need help.
I applied psw as a dependent but when I tried to pay IHS fee, on my visa route it showed graduate. I think it should be graduate dependent. It came automatically as I didn’t found any option to change it and also there was no option of graduate dependant in my whole application. Did anyone face the same problem? and what to do about it?
Yes everyone got this problem and don’t worry abt it you just click next submit your application. It won’t affect on your application
