I am first finding the d configuration By adding the digits of atomic number and subtracting by the oxidation no. For example for Co3+ I am doing 2+7-3=6 . Then by d configuration I am finding hybridization according to strength of ligands . I Hope it helps🙏
bhai ek type ka question krvaa diya aur approach bta di h , toh calculation toh aap kr hi skte h, fir bhi aapko kisi question me doubt ho toh pucch skte h 🙏
broo keep it up u have made the best videos in this critical timessss

bruh how tf is [Co(H2O)]+6 an exception? im genuinely baffled rn
In the question it is [Co(H2O)] +3 which is exceptionally diamagnetic
