    Thanks so much for this!
I keep thinking about how many things on this list came up naturally when I went travelling two years ago to Bali - spent two months exploring new places, doing new things with movement like yoga and acroyoga and tai chi and ziplining and white water rafting, and all of these with people, while feeling the new sensations of being adventurous and courageous, celebrating all of it with my new friends and getting lots and lots of good sleep😂💪🏼
No wonder I changed so much in that time!
Thanks so much for your insights. If I was anywhere close to your continent I would definitely book a session or 5 with you!
    Wishing you all the best✨✨✨

Great post! I would think unless someone has trauma of being stepped on, it would be less threatening than being touched with hands for some. Certainly easier on the practitioner than with your hands and the ground force must be more powerful as it's generated from the feet. In modern Rolfing, pressure is also applied while having the client move in a certain way. Fascia is amazing no doubt. I refer you to the work of Dr. Helen Langevin on fascia and the immune system for example. Alex

If you ever get a chance explaining a bunch of real life examples or demos of these would help finding it hard to think through the exact process without additional details. In my case I had neruofeedback mess up my nervous system and just basic movements cause tension and breathing issues and I'm at a loss of how to try to make up steps to rewire this.

Thanks. Do you know if there is any reseaech or way of proving or showing these correlations? I.e. the body in relation to emotions.. seems allot of belief is involved.. ? Thoughts

My philosophy on all of life is that the only things I can say I "know" for sure are from lived experience and gut instincts. I'm not that interested in "proving" or disproving anything, because I have seen many things proven and disproven, depending on the narrative it serves. My philosophy is that 1,000 contradictory truths explain most things in life, because perspective, context, subjectivity, objectivity all matter when looking at a thing. For example, fascia release has already been debunked by science, since it has a proof resilience of 2,000lbs (it can withstand up to 2,000lbs of force without deforming). Yet, I've experienced the power of fascia release in my own body and life, and have made a living helping others with it and teaching it online. I also happen to believe that both are true, and many other truths live in-between.

@@ElishaCeleste yes. I mostly agree that science has blindspot mostly due to scientisits being biased, based on their current natative. What to do.. im hesitant to do mushrooms too, but i feel both your method and psychedelics calling.. however due to taboos. No research has been done to give people proper guidelines of use. We have to listen to experts that use mostly their gut feeling. Which could also be biased... doh.
