If Kawaii chan/Nana's manager fired her for no good reasons, that's just un-acceptable for me and I am VERY offended at her because, you should NEVER fire anyone or demote ANYONE without any apparent good reason, like as if their status has lowered the company's reputation or either the employee made a big mistake that's gonna harm the company's management and coordination or if the employee didn't satisfy the customers and he/she is also rude, and not doing their job correctly.
