Best instructions for pencil pouch on RUclips!. Clear and easy instructions - NO unnessary steps. Just finished mine. Thanks
A suggestion: center the zipper instead of as demonstrated. Then trim on both ends always watching for the zipper pull. I find this an easier technique.
These would be great in a classroom on the students interactive notebooks. Then they would have writing supplies wherever they sit to write. Just Awesome!!
I know im randomly asking but does any of you know a trick to log back into an instagram account??
I was dumb lost the password. I love any assistance you can offer me
@Tony Fox Instablaster =)
@Josue Finn i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out now.
Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Josue Finn It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
@Tony Fox you are welcome :)
I am making this in a couple of days. This is what I've been needing for years. I love that most anybody can find the small pieces of fabric needed for the project without needing to run to the store. Thanks for this project. Edited to Add: I've since made about 4 or 5 of these. Every time I make one, someone wants one. So I keep making them. Love 'em.
I just finished my first one. I absolutely love your instructions. I wanted to make it for my friend. She's moving to a big farm so I included this with a journal.
I was in the sewing room when this popped up, I just completed one and beginning the second one! Thank you so much, sew helpful!!
Your instructions are so clear ...... Thank you. I love you really mean it when you say you're going to "walk us through each step". A lot of tutorials skip what they assume the viewer should know... sometimes we just don't! Brilliant little project. 😊
I do like this idea very much. I'm always misplacing pens, markers or whatever, and this will help keeping them with what I'm working on. Thank you. 😊
I use at least 2 planners all the time. Love this, and thank you!
I know this is an older video but I just followed along with you and made one for my planner. Thanks for sharing the tutorial with us.
You got me out of my funk! I’ve just sewed something for the first time in years. Thank you. You have no idea what this means to me. The only thing g I had trouble with was working out how to determine the elastic length in relation to the book.
Great video & instructions, I made one along with the video. It went together really easily, however, my overlocker was misbehaving so I had to cover the top & bottom with fabric. it did the trick. Thank you.
Just made this - super simple with your directions and so cute! I love it!
I love this pattern. It makes such a useful gift!
Thank you so much. I love it. Can’t wait to make theses for my granddaughter school library. YEAH. YOUR AWESOME
Thanks Lorrie I just love these.
Another great project, Lorrie! Thank you for the excellent walk through of this pouch!
Thank you for such clear instructions!
thanks for the tutorial. the longer zipper is the perfect idea! in another tutorial it was with a zipper with exact lenght of fabric. the top stitch would be a big struggle.
This is such an easy and fun project!
Thank you for clear instructions
Super cute is right!
This is great for my iPad. Thank you Lorrie.
Sew cool ty for such a great tutorial
that's awesome! Thanks for sharing!!!
Love it!!!
A great video and easy to follow 👍🏻 . 13:04
I really want to make this for my planner.
Great idea.
I made one! Thanks for your video.
Love this... looks super easy. Before Lorrie I would avoid zippers at all cost. You make it so easy to achieve perfect zippers. Thank you!!!!
such fun
Fun tutorial!
Very nice! Great tutorial! Tfs
Thank you so much lorrie 😂
I always love your videos. Thanks for doing them. How do you make your zipper pull?
Very cute. If I don't have a sewing machine, would this work using Fabri tac or some other type of fabric sealer? Tfs
Can you link the interfacing you used? Great video!
Love this project. Your link for the fold over elastic no longer works. Would the fold over elastic by Annie’s be strong enough?
Are the zig zagged/serged edges exposed on the inside?
I love your zipper pulls! Can we buy those?
I wish you would separate your circuit youtube how to's from your sewing ones. I love the sewing ones but don't have a circuit. I am always disappointed when a new one comes up and it is one I can't use
I’m giving this a thumbs down because it’s not you idea. You’re just calling it something different. Cheater
My goodness! Cheater? Really? I don’t recall hearing her say she came up with the design. Who ever did think of this, I’m sure it’s a good guess they didn’t hightail it to the patten office. It’s a pouch with elastic. If you think everyone doing tutorials are sharing a design they create, you have much to learn. Stay healthy and have a good day.
Persida. Aren’t you the nasty snippety thing. Bet you’re a bunch of fun to be around.
