I'm going to be straight with you; today's workout is tough. But, I know you can do it. Keep moving and know that the work you're doing is helping you reach your goals.

After 9 months on this routine I've lost 45 pounds, Lowest weight of my adult life. Best shape of my life. Strongest by far. Clear muscle development and strength. Close to a six pack. The real results came when I used My Fitness Pal and followed her nutrition program too. I didn't take that seriously in the beginning and it had a huge impact. I love the 30 second intervals. I can usually motivate myself for just a few more seconds. Then she switches. Even now, every time before I start I often think "this is a short routine it can't be that effective." Halfway through I'm dying and wondering how I could have ever thought it was easy. When I want to quit I just say "just a few more seconds," then before I know I'm done. I also love how holistic it is. She hits all aspects of fitness and strength. I've made many attempts to tweak this routine only to find she's really thought this through and the rests, and the way she hits the muscle groups and cardio is spot on. I've tried to find some alternatives for variety, but nothing seems to beat this.
What was your diet like? Did you have a specific diet while you worked out?

Wait do you do the day 1-29 routine or just this day 2 one? Is it meant to only do one of the day routines every day or follow the day 1-29 videos?
The end was too hard for me. I'll almost 59 years old. But, I'm going to keep pushing. Thanks for talking, it made me not want to give up.

Day 2 month 3 i finally keeping up with the girl my body is having a drastic change. The stretching is good. Don't complain about it unless you are in better shape than she is.
How often do you use this workout weekly?

amontenegro13 how drastic did your body change after 1 month of this? I am going on vacation next month and really want to get in shape for the beach and only have a month to do these work outs.
Typical Everyday Gamer it all depends how in shape you are and if you follow her nutrion plan you will have better chances of getting in shape i was in a bad shape but i did saw changes in the first month! good luck and i hope you the best
This is a derivation of the insanity workout, without the crazy warm up from Shaun T. I like the way the time things and the trick is to keep moving, this workout does work but it will not be easy...that's the way it should be

Thank you Ashley for this video. Love how you explain each exercise in detail. Some people just want to finish the workout and ignore the forms, then get injured.
I was advised - and its common sense- to exercise not to exhaustion- push oneself a bit but not too much- push a little every time, not in one go. I went from sedentary to Day 1 workout, and Day 2 was impossible right away- but over time. Its an amazing structure this provides- i love it and am making progress. Got up to day 17, and now back to Day 2 all over again
Yes, definitely take it easy for the first few days and build up slowly. Stop when you reach 70 to 80 % of your max. Not only will you not get burned out, but you'll want to do the workout again. That is key.
Skipped circuit 2 and did the rest. Sweating like crazy. Day 2 done. I love this work out. Thx BB and youtube. Luck to live in 2017. Power of technology.

Wow... for the first time doing this... i cant barely keeping up with 30 sec per exercise. But after 2 weeks can totally keep up with the pace. And they do help me a lot. Tho im out of shape i still try to do this about 4-5 times a week with my best so... thank you for the talking mid-exercises, they do encourage me alot.
I'm back to it. Noticed i can still jump. But my abs need this even more to help my body this time. I'm excited to see myself on day 30. The stretches are rough but they work. Just breathe and you'll get there.

Please don't try core. And try to limit your cardio just 1 circuit - 1 repetition. And I suggest you to play outdoor games and sports than working on this!

Im in love with this workout, I had to modify a few exercises to keep up during the second circuit.. but I was definitely sore and sweaty by the end of it. I appreciate her telling me all the muscles im working through every movement. Ill deffs be doing this again

Dude, I was like let’s go...enough stretching already but the circuit workouts were awesome & intense! I did another core session afterwards... so needless to say I am mega tired. Phenomenal workout! Love it! I’ll for sure try another one tomorrow.
Those are very good exercises, I‘ll give u a tip, don‘t watch the video and then do it... watch the video when you‘re feeling ready and JUST DO IT!!! I know, it‘s hurting, burning... but if you want some good shape and nice muscle, you have to work for it.
Very nice workout progress, I‘m now at day 2 and i‘m gonna try to push it to very last day and then re do it... STAY MOTIVATED GUYS.

this stuff works ! The build up, warm up and stretching- then power circuit and cardio- a week into doing days 1 and 2 back and forth- im fit to skate my mini halfpipe again- objective accomplished. This got me back into a fine shape. Thanks Miss

This is one of the greatest workouts I have done in a long time! Day 2 was a lot harder than Day 1! The stretching phase really helped stretch me out and get me motivated to push till the end!

I've trying many ways of doing worm up, this is the ONLY one that never hurt next day, maybe if you are already in a good shape or idk better condition than avarage, the worm up seems like 2much time, but for ppl who is starting at this is great, guys, it hurt a LOT LESS next day if u follo up this worm up.
i did this at home with a lower back hernia. and with some adjustments, good workout and i am feeling happy!!! thx

Pulled both of my calf muscles half way down the workout but I carried on until the end (substituting some of the exercises) , great workout if you don't have to go to the gym .

I was 125 kg when I first started a year ago, now I am at ~91 after doing this workout every 2 or 3 days (took a break on public holidays though :P).

I'm 12 years old my dream is to be a strong man and great athlete so in February 1 I decided to make a change> I diced to wake up at 6 every morning cook A healthy breakfast and go to school. I did that for a day then I was back from school on Friday, surfed the net and founed this amazing channel I decided to follow this series until it was over I did Day 1 and Day 2 in the same day I finished them both to the end and now I'm writing this comment. I really appreciate this series Body-building.com

aw mann i cant my feel my stomach an im shaking. i use to watch Ashley Conrad when i was 16yr old at the time playing football an i got buff but now i went bacc to my old self. now i going bacc to my old body buff. and i also still watches Muscle Madness RUclips channel it motivates me yall should go checc it out. they have every body builders an over 1 million athlete's videos of them doing advanced workouts, on a new level workouts, Military Workouts, Polices Workouts, Kunfu Workouts, Get Shredded Workouts, and so much more. if yall need something to keep yall going, like i always keep in my mind doing football time is that "WHAT IS YOUR WHY", "BE ALL IN", AND "HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT". i still do play football for Georgia Tech Yellowjackets im from Macon Ga. im 19yrs old.

It is a complete cardio + core session, I recommend to do it approx 3 times a week.
It was so cool, i liked because we don't use any extra and it make you sweat, and the last core it's verry hard for me but it s challenge, i hope soon i can do the complete workout without anny pause, thank you for this video
