H i will be getting the NexiGo Iris sometime in December or January. My question is how would I go about using the HDMI side/4K on the same computer? I hear ill need a capture card or some other device is this true? If I do need a capture card which one do you recommend and can you use it on the same computer? I always thought capture cards were for capturing from consoles. Will I need to switch between Display-port and HDMI? I hope ya guys still read posts from this video.
The only usefulness of 4k is to crop in when it 'zooms' to follow you. The image quality while you were sitting down looked like that of a 720p image at best. Honestly, disappointing considering the larger sensor, it still looks like a phone camera from 6 years ago.

To use the 4k HDMI you will need the elgato HDMI capture usb, but if I was you I would consider the insta360 link or the elgato facecam pro 4k 6fps
Would that be the CAM Link 4K? Just want to make sure.

its still a digital crop from 4k. Im waiting for dual cam cameras with a moveable zoom lens hahhaa
Large sensors is not good to capture high resolution but for low light conditions.
Yea for free I'll try it and like it, like any review.
this one is pretty good, better than the ankerwork, but for the price you can also get almost a used zv1 as webcam
