brod7676 yes the creators had to cut the duel between black panther and cap because they cannot have cap being beaten by anyone except crossbones and iron man in the movie. had this movie be based on more of black panther, he could have easily outpowered captain america. and the three way kick that black panther does on cap was the best mmove because thats an adaptation fron the comics.

And to think Spider-Man was the big surprise in Civil War, Black Panther is the surprise in Civil War!, not only does Chadwick Boseman owns that role so perfectly, that accent is pretty damn good, sucks that we still have to wait 'til 2018 for his solo movie, just as having to wait 'til that same year for Season 2 of Jessica Jones

l am politely presenting a counter argument
1) black panther owns a Kingdom it's his duty to protect the Kingdom if he don't somebody else will take over but Batman being a multimillionaire can CHOOSE to live in Gotham or not
2) Yet he lives in Gotham and fight for its soul though it is took his parents,broke his back,killed his friend,broke his mind crippiled his friends WITHOUT EXPECTING NOTHING IN RETURN
3)He is ready to sacrifice himself for greater good even facing death from enemy/friend(I like cap as much as bats because this)
4) Parents are the primary factor especially his/her mother which we root our emotional energy and learn kindness.bruce still misses his parents and is still a weakness for him which makes him more human rather than a cold killing machine
Christian Bale was the perfect Bruce and not so good Batman but Ben is the good combination of both Batman and Bruce , it's just a really bad scene in that movie that broke immersion , forgetting sooner the better.
But yeah Bp and Batman are 2 very different characters -
Having those demons inside Batman makes who he is ( the whole thing about Bruce and Dick )
It's what makes him a great hero to read and watch.
And Black panther is another case - he is a prince , then a king. Warrior from birth.

hmmm. i think winter soldier is slightly stronger than black panther. the first time they fought black panther caught bucky off guard and ambushed him which is why he had the advantage at that point.
but he cant top winter soldier. the surem granted winter soldier enhanced speed, reflexes, battle physics and strength. black panther would not stand a chance in a fight against him.

The way T'Challa says "Then why did you RUN!" in combination with the music gives me goosebumps every single time. I love it. This is by far my most favorite character tribute video.
Black Panther and Wakandas lore is by far one of the best in comics history. With the way the movie has been shaping up, we should be seeing one of the greatest superhero movies ever... if Marvel doesn't water it down.

I didn't really know much of Black Panther until Captain America: Civil War. but I'm glad that he was properly represented in this movie and I would hope that this portrayal does Black Panther justice in the standalone movie. it's Marvel Studios so it will.

I'm a father who grew up waiting for Black panther to finally be seen on the big screen.. I showed my sons and daughters who Black panther was ..When we watched as a family they could see where they came from and what it is to be black and proud ....They say we came from the same Way of life as Wakanda but instead of Klau taking a little Our Klau took alot more ....Do you see the resemblance....Now Our real Black panther has passed What will we do.......... Remember TChalla had a son so Wakanda hasn't yeilded ITs still Hope .
