Thank you for posting these worship songs. They bring back happy memories of fellowship. The simplicity of the melodies and words make them easy to sing and I regularly use them in my quiet times.
I am pleased that you have found the postings a blessing. The point of my Channel is to glorify God by providing the means to sing praises to Him using traditional evangelical type music and song. I think it is easy to forget that it is the words of a song that are important rather than the technical expertise of the musicians. The words are praise and worship to or great God and our Saviour, His Son Jesus Christ.
Squirrel 24 Couldn’t agree more. I was strongly influenced by my mother’s Brethren fellowship (Gospel Hall) came to faith through an Anglican curate and baptised by full immersion in the Gospel Hall. Went on to serve with YWAM in the ‘70s then in Israel. I love these old and meaningful worship songs.
It is the great song and I love it very much. Tonight, I played this song and was singing along during my daily family worship with my family! It is truly the greatest blessing that we know Jesus and can worship! God bless you!
