The more I watch Tegan and Sara play like this the more awed I get. I honestly consider them two of the most talented and passionate musicians of this day and age. How many others can play 500 different instruments on stage and have that long a career?

Witch's parking. All others will be toad. Sara comes to the rescue (again)! This is great but I think I like the Brisbane performance of this with the drums more. One of the things I love about Tegan's songs is how they often start out subdued, but by the end Tegan is blowing the roof off the building. The drums accentuate this and without them I sometimes feel like something is missing. Still awesome though!
this performance..wow :) tegans voice here just seems so perfect. like how she used to sing with that kind of growl in her voice, and her voice has matured sooo much that it just sounds so amazing. thanks so much for uploading! idk what i'd do if i couldnt hear them playing the old stuff

tegan and sara are fine with it, it's usually the venue that has the issue. and often it's the musician's call, and not the venue's, but the message doesn't always get passed down through to security that cameras are fine and the band will allow it.
@wojo4hitz the one from Brisbane is great too (minus the forgetting of lyrics at one part), but i prefer this version. The emotion from Tegan as she sings it is amazing to watch, plus, i love how this version has Ted on keyboard.

Tegan talks about their early years when their very young parents made questionable parenting decisions, and Sara clarifies that their mother is not actually Wiccan and might not appreciate Tegan aligning her with any religion, even a "cute" one and even as a joke.

do you know from where this order of no cameras come from? the venue that decides this? tns? makes no sense tegan or sara not allowing to record. when i go to concerts i always imagine the security dude getting my camera and not giving back. lol problably thats why i never take it.

This is one of the most haunting performances I've EVER seen Tegan and Sara do. At 4:44, when Tegan comes in with that powerful voice, holy shit.
The drums do add to the song in the Brisbane performance but vocally she does better in this one :). So beautiful.
