1 फरवरी को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण जब बजट पेश करने आईं तो उनके पोशाक से ही संकेत मिल गया था कि बिहार को कुछ बंपर मिलने वाला है. वित्त मंत्री ने जो साड़ी पहनी थी उसे पद्म श्री पुरस्कार से सम्मानित हस्तकला विशेषज्ञ दुलारी देवी ने बुना था. इस साड़ी में मधुबनी पेंटिंग की झलक देखने को मिल रही थी. बजट पेश करते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने बिहार के लिए कई बड़े ऐलान किए...इसी साल बिहार में विधानसभा के चुनाव भी होने वाला हैं तो लाजमी है कि बीजेपी बिहारियों को जरूर खुश करने की कोशिश करेगी और हुआ भी वैसा ही.
