The removal of fuel subsidy, the floatation of Naira and the increase in the electricity tariff was all done without consultation. It happened automatically. Labour have been giving ultimatum for months now but the government is not proactive

I want to suggest that NLC and TUC should take in part the offer from the federal government and give condition of how to increase further the salary if things do not improve. Strike is actually not in the best of average Nigerians

Wait until the government declares her own "No Work, No pay Policy" as a counter move. This would pose fear to the workers and subsequently leading to death of the struggle. That has always been the order of the day. Nigeria is in a big mess.
What about the reversal of the fuel price ? Hike in fuel price is mostly the cause of the hardship in the land .

Story story is story. This present and indeed since Adam's Oshomole left that NLC, its been a group of Nolywood Actors. These group of NLC leaders have been taking Nigerians on a jamboree. By night fall, in d dark, calls will b made and Ghana must go bags exchanged and they will call it off AS USUAL.
Like I said, since Adam's left there,I dont even know the name or names of those who came after him.
We all saw how Adam's Oshomole used that platform to fight for Nigeria and grew his brand into positioning himself a Governor etc .

Government should adopt the effective date of national new minimum wage from 1st April 2024 as earlier agreed with Government, and any time the price of fuel increase, there should be percent increase in workers salary.
It's everything that concerns workers that they kick against as if the political office holders are not going to the same market. A top civil servant's salary is not up to the allawance of the dog of a political office holder. Happiness will continue to elude them to their fourth generations.
They said the ordinary Nigerian should tighten belts, but should take the lead, people in power or the ordinary citizens that have over tighten their belts already?
