You do have to be careful about the undertones of this makeup but it has quickly become my favorite Foundation. I have oily skin and I can have a few texture issues and this wears on me for 12 plus hours without any touch-ups. I wore it the other day for 16 hours straight and other than having a little bit of shininess right around my nose it still looked fantastic when I washed it off. I am very impressed with it.
Amy de Jong I use the CoverGirl True Blend oily skin primer. It's got a lotion like texture and just melts right into your skin and helps to give you a great base. I like using My Real Techniques sponge to apply this Foundation also. I find doing that I only need two pumps for my whole face. I set with It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores loose powder and Flower matte setting spray. I hope this helps. :-)
I have dry skin, and I'm a nurse in a hospital, so I'm at work for like up to 14 hours on an average day. That's asking a lot of foundation. This is my HG. I initially brought 112 natural ivory. It dried a little to dark, so now my color is 110 porcelain. Thanks for your wonderful reviews!

Chessie Domrongchai I use reusable straws at home. My husband works in restaurant management and they’ve stopped giving straws unless customers specifically ask for one. I was happy to see this. I wish more would do that, I’m hopeful it will become a trend.
Blondie B I’m hoping my workplace will do something like that eventually. A few years back we took spoons and knives out of the lobby which made a considerable difference since people stopped taking forks, knives, and spoons thinking they were gonna use them all.

I have pretty oily skin and this foundation is amazing! It’s the only one I’ve tried that last all day at work without looking like an oil machine!! It kinda makes sense that they would have different shades for different countries but it super sucks that the outliers get ignored just because the company only cares about how to make the most profit.

Obviously darker skinned ladies aren’t going to bother buying the darkest shade in a collection if it’s too light and not even going to match anyways. I’m sure ur in the cosmetics industry too, saying that darker skinned foundations “don’t sell as much” 💀 where is your proof on this? lol
Maybelline is a GIANT company. I think by this point they can afford to be more conscious of other skintones. They could easily make those really dark or really pale shades and just make a smaller volume than the medium shades to still make profit. That's supply and demand. You don't just not make something because less people will buy it, you just make less than the more commonly bought items.
Mel Bibz They sell plenty when they exist. The darkest shades of Fenty Beauty were sold out for months after they launched. They have darker shades in their Fit Me range.

I was a little hesitant to buy this foundation given full coverage can look cakey on my dry skin, but I gave it a try and ended up loving it! It wears well throughout the day when set with a little powder.

Here in Canada.. there are darker shades than that and their lightest shade is pretty pale! The shade range is pretty big.. a lot like the fit me line!! You would think the shade range would be the same everywhere!! I find this foundation very drying.. I have normal dry skin!

I live in Canada and have a super hard time finding light enough foundations. The lightest shade in Canada is literally my perfect shade! It's amazing and it's sad to see it's not available everywhere. It's the first drugstore foundation I've never had to mix with a lightener
I absolutely love this foundation, I have an oily nose and this literally locks it in!!! I just wish they gave us Aussie and Kiwis ALL the shades, as the lightest is still a tad dark for me... otherwise I would use this for my wedding!

I’m actually 102 fair porcelain in this foundation and it’s amazing 😉 so they do have a wider shade range check out either ulta or amazon I actually found my shade on amazon.
My skin is pretty normal to combo in the T zone. I've used this once and it was incredible!!! Wore it for way too long, might have slept in it, and it looked amazing! I did set it with all nighter and it was bulletproof! My skin hadn't looked that good in a really long time!
Hey Shan. I’m a kiwi living in the States, and the shade range here is massive. I reckon it’s because it’s more diverse here than New Zealand. So many different cultures here.
Amy Anderson - I never stated there were more bottles of foundation. The shade range in the US is definitely more extensive, and inclusive than the lot Shan was sent. The shades go WAY deeper than the ones available to Kiwis.
Amy Anderson - I do know that feeling 100%. After seeing maybelline doesn’t have a match for me, due to wrong undertones, I bought Rimmel instead. I’m stoked with it! I’m pale, but do understand not all cosmetic companies are going to be able to please us all. I agree with you. Boo Maybelline lol
Amy Anderson - That’s the one 😊. It has a doe foot applicator, and is soo buildable. It feels like I have nothing on my skin. I also have sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any reactions from using it. It’s my fave drugstore foundation.
I’m a care assistant and I swear by this foundation! I’ve tried loads of different foundations, Estée Lauder, benefit, Mac etc. But I was looking for something more affordable for my 12+ hour shifts. I’m a care assistant and I’m on my feet from the minute I wake up to the minute I come home, and it can get hot and sweaty at work!!! I have really oily skin around my T Zone and it kinda shines through after a long shift but it’s nothing too bad. The coverage is amazing also! It does oxidise a little bit darker but I’m from Britain and us British girls love having a orange face so it doesn’t bother me that much 😂😂 so If you are unsure of your shade I’d recommend going a shade or 2 down x

hello, Shannon! I use Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage foundation daily and I think that it`s wonderful. I would complain about the shades they have- too light or too dark for my skintone- but I mix two shades and it`s ok.But the quality of the foundation is impressive as compared with other brand products.
Omg..I totally love love love this foundation!! I went from using Aveda Inner Light liquid foundation, which was not enough coverage even with building, to this amazing foundation!! I cannot believe the coverage and how amazing it makes my skin look! I always have a tough time finding a full full coverage foundation that I can readily afford and I am so in love with this one! I have normal to combination skin and I am just amazed how well this does for me. I do also have a slight issue with the slight color change but I think I am just foing to go a shade lighter to fix this issue. They put on sale the shades they think it will fit the market. In Argentina, the numbers of shades (and products) Maybelline has, are really poor. Like, there are four shades in the fit me foundation, no joke. And there is only one type, there is not the mate and poreless or dewy finish, is the basic one. I personally hate that. Sometimes I have trouble finding my shade, which is Ivory, I can imagine darker or lighter skin tones. Is a total shame, but oh well, they don’t care about some countries 🤷🏼♀️ Anyway, all drugstore brands (that for us are not drugstore) do that. We are always, not one or even two, five steps behind. Bian Cabelluzzi MakeUp so weird! The fit me comes in around 40 shades in the US and is one of the best drugstore shade ranges, so it's strange you're only offered 4.

It is amazing foundation! I have mixted skin (oily in T zone) and it stays all day without breaking! 2 pamps are enough to cover all face and it is buildable if you need !
OMG. Your skin really looks pretty dang FLAW-LESS. Like it's been photoshopped or something! I'm SO happy to see how great this foundation worked for you since it's quickly become my definite HOLY GRAIL!! I've tried a lot of different foundations lately (most of which are recommended by beauty vloggers) and I always end up to the conclusion that this just works like magic for me. The coverage is A-MAZING (while definitely not feeling heavy) and that's really what does it for me since i've got acne scarring and texture AND pore problems :,DD My skin type is pretty oily and blemish prone (maybe more combo in the winter) and this doesn't break me out or anything. The shades are definitely the biggest (if only) downside and I've already tried two different shades (21 nude beige & 28 soft beige) both of which run a little too orange on me so i recently ordered the shade 30 sand which looks like it's got more of a yellow undertone which usually works for me best. We don't have that foundation available here in Finland so I'm ordering it from Feelunique and they actually have that same "new zealand" shade range! You're actually the first beauty vlogger that mentions the different shade ranges (and SWATCHES all of them) so this was freakin' helpful, thank you for that!!
I LOVE this foundation! I'm currently using this one now. I have oily skin and this is the only foundation + my rimmel stay matte powder, that could control my oily skin for the most amount of hours. My go to ❤❤
Knowing the undertones makes a difference, especially when the foundation oxidizes... The shade lower will be a different undertone, so pick accordingly. I'm normally 120, but it oxidizes so the lower # choices are either 118 or 115... Not 112, cuz then that's cool.
i use this foundation and it is beautiful!! i use one pump for my whole face but mixed with the becca liquid shimmering skin perfect in champagne pop! and it’s my favorite thing ever!
I love the formulation of this foundation. I am typically a MAC studio fix girl but have been trying to find a cheaper alternative. I have to say this is the best drugstore foundation I have put on my face in a long time. It gives awesome coverage and holds up fairly well on my oily skin. I do have to touch up with powder throughout the day though, which is pretty standard for me. Here in Oz we also have limited colours compared to the US. I am trying to lay off the fake tan a bit and embrace my pasty skin, but I am finding it difficult with the lack of pale shades. I generally find that the lightest shade is too light and then the next shade is too dark or wrong undertone. I have to buy 2 shades to mix and try to make my own match. This gets expensive. I just wish they would release all colours so we had more chance of finding the perfect match.
This is one of my favorite foundations but it does dry down a tad bit darker on me. I simply use a lighter powder to offset the darker color and it works fine. Great video by the way!
The shade Porcelain (110) that we have here in America (I can't remember if you mentioned it as one of the ones there) is such a perfect match for my skin! I am super pale with neutral undertones, and it is so hard for to find a perfect match with respectable coverage that doesn't oxidize.
Smashbox doesn't make the Hydrating primer anymore, but it has been replaced by the "Primerizer" which is a hydrating primer. I haven't tried it yet (waiting to use all my Hydrating Primer), but it has gotten great reviews. It's marketed as a moisturizer & a primer in one. Just to let you know.

I can never ever find a shade PALE enough for me!! I defiantly think the darker range in foundations (&concealers) is awful and that needs sorting a lot sooner than the light shades but honestly it’s so frustrating to never get a shade that suits me 😦🤦🏻♀️
Rebecca Hutchison in america they have 2 very light shades. i always have the same problem. But the lightest shade in america was too light for me! I wear porcelain, but they also have fair porcelain. i think it’s worth it to get the American shades!
Love this makeup! It does dry darker. It took me 4 trips to the store to keep trading until I found my color. I also use the NYXX HD translucient powder instead of a colored powder. I am very greasy and this was perfect for me...love!

I have dry to very dry skin, I absolutely love it. I always put moisturizer on before applying the foundation and never have to use primer. I had it on all day today and it still looks amazeballs

PLEASE try C.Y.O. Lifeproof foundation! It's a Walgreens exclusive, so it'd take a while to get to you, but it's the ONLY foundation that works for me and my combination skin. I don't even have to set it, which has NEVER happened to me before. I don't even have to use primer. I am in love.

The Fit Me range in Canada sucks! Lol in the US they have 40 shades and we only have 15 and the darkest shade isn’t dark enough for me :/

Amy Anderson - I never stated there were more bottles of foundation. The shade range in the US is definitely more extensive, and inclusive than the lot Shan was sent. The shades go WAY deeper than the ones available to Kiwis.
Amy Anderson - I do know that feeling 100%. After seeing maybelline doesn’t have a match for me, due to wrong undertones, I bought Rimmel instead. I’m stoked with it! I’m pale, but do understand not all cosmetic companies are going to be able to please us all. I agree with you. Boo Maybelline lol
Amy Anderson - That’s the one 😊. It has a doe foot applicator, and is soo buildable. It feels like I have nothing on my skin. I also have sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any reactions from using it. It’s my fave drugstore foundation.
I’m a care assistant and I swear by this foundation! I’ve tried loads of different foundations, Estée Lauder, benefit, Mac etc. But I was looking for something more affordable for my 12+ hour shifts. I’m a care assistant and I’m on my feet from the minute I wake up to the minute I come home, and it can get hot and sweaty at work!!! I have really oily skin around my T Zone and it kinda shines through after a long shift but it’s nothing too bad. The coverage is amazing also! It does oxidise a little bit darker but I’m from Britain and us British girls love having a orange face so it doesn’t bother me that much 😂😂 so If you are unsure of your shade I’d recommend going a shade or 2 down x
this was the first foundation i ever used, i'm so glad they finally updated the packaging it's been my favourite since i was about 14

I love it on my combo/oily skin! I did notice that the shade changes a little bit after drying, but it’s a great foundation!
They should come out with another one for dry skin but honestly love the coverage xxo

hello, Shannon! I use Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage foundation daily and I think that it`s wonderful. I would complain about the shades they have- too light or too dark for my skintone- but I mix two shades and it`s ok.But the quality of the foundation is impressive as compared with other brand products.

Omg..I totally love love love this foundation!! I went from using Aveda Inner Light liquid foundation, which was not enough coverage even with building, to this amazing foundation!! I cannot believe the coverage and how amazing it makes my skin look! I always have a tough time finding a full full coverage foundation that I can readily afford and I am so in love with this one! I have normal to combination skin and I am just amazed how well this does for me. I do also have a slight issue with the slight color change but I think I am just foing to go a shade lighter to fix this issue. Overall..I am so in love and will be using this foundation for a very long time!! Thx for the 1st impress video so now more people can try and love this product too!! 😊❤😍💞😘💄💯💯💯💯

I love this foundation! I have oily skin with acne ice pick scars. It wore all day (10+hours) perfectly.
They put on sale the shades they think it will fit the market. In Argentina, the numbers of shades (and products) Maybelline has, are really poor. Like, there are four shades in the fit me foundation, no joke. And there is only one type, there is not the mate and poreless or dewy finish, is the basic one.
I personally hate that. Sometimes I have trouble finding my shade, which is Ivory, I can imagine darker or lighter skin tones. Is a total shame, but oh well, they don’t care about some countries 🤷🏼♀️
Anyway, all drugstore brands (that for us are not drugstore) do that. We are always, not one or even two, five steps behind.

It is amazing foundation! I have mixted skin (oily in T zone) and it stays all day without breaking! 2 pamps are enough to cover all face and it is buildable if you need !

OMG. Your skin really looks pretty dang FLAW-LESS. Like it's been photoshopped or something! I'm SO happy to see how great this foundation worked for you since it's quickly become my definite HOLY GRAIL!! I've tried a lot of different foundations lately (most of which are recommended by beauty vloggers) and I always end up to the conclusion that this just works like magic for me. The coverage is A-MAZING (while definitely not feeling heavy) and that's really what does it for me since i've got acne scarring and texture AND pore problems :,DD My skin type is pretty oily and blemish prone (maybe more combo in the winter) and this doesn't break me out or anything.
The shades are definitely the biggest (if only) downside and I've already tried two different shades (21 nude beige & 28 soft beige) both of which run a little too orange on me so i recently ordered the shade 30 sand which looks like it's got more of a yellow undertone which usually works for me best. We don't have that foundation available here in Finland so I'm ordering it from Feelunique and they actually have that same "new zealand" shade range! You're actually the first beauty vlogger that mentions the different shade ranges (and SWATCHES all of them) so this was freakin' helpful, thank you for that!!

I LOVE this foundation! I'm currently using this one now. I have oily skin and this is the only foundation + my rimmel stay matte powder, that could control my oily skin for the most amount of hours. My go to ❤❤
Knowing the undertones makes a difference, especially when the foundation oxidizes... The shade lower will be a different undertone, so pick accordingly.
I'm normally 120, but it oxidizes so the lower # choices are either 118 or 115... Not 112, cuz then that's cool.

I love the formulation of this foundation. I am typically a MAC studio fix girl but have been trying to find a cheaper alternative. I have to say this is the best drugstore foundation I have put on my face in a long time. It gives awesome coverage and holds up fairly well on my oily skin. I do have to touch up with powder throughout the day though, which is pretty standard for me. Here in Oz we also have limited colours compared to the US. I am trying to lay off the fake tan a bit and embrace my pasty skin, but I am finding it difficult with the lack of pale shades. I generally find that the lightest shade is too light and then the next shade is too dark or wrong undertone. I have to buy 2 shades to mix and try to make my own match. This gets expensive. I just wish they would release all colours so we had more chance of finding the perfect match.

This is one of my favorite foundations but it does dry down a tad bit darker on me. I simply use a lighter powder to offset the darker color and it works fine. Great video by the way!
The shade Porcelain (110) that we have here in America (I can't remember if you mentioned it as one of the ones there) is such a perfect match for my skin! I am super pale with neutral undertones, and it is so hard for to find a perfect match with respectable coverage that doesn't oxidize.

Smashbox doesn't make the Hydrating primer anymore, but it has been replaced by the "Primerizer" which is a hydrating primer. I haven't tried it yet (waiting to use all my Hydrating Primer), but it has gotten great reviews. It's marketed as a moisturizer & a primer in one. Just to let you know.

I can never ever find a shade PALE enough for me!! I defiantly think the darker range in foundations (&concealers) is awful and that needs sorting a lot sooner than the light shades but honestly it’s so frustrating to never get a shade that suits me 😦🤦🏻♀️
Rebecca Hutchison in america they have 2 very light shades. i always have the same problem. But the lightest shade in america was too light for me! I wear porcelain, but they also have fair porcelain. i think it’s worth it to get the American shades!

Love this makeup! It does dry darker. It took me 4 trips to the store to keep trading until I found my color. I also use the NYXX HD translucient powder instead of a colored powder. I am very greasy and this was perfect for me...love!

I have oily skin huge pores and a yellow undertone and i have to say this foundation has been great to me. I just switched from matte maybelline fit me to this one. It makes my skin look so good, smooth and coverage is great. Highly recommend

I have dry to very dry skin, I absolutely love it. I always put moisturizer on before applying the foundation and never have to use primer. I had it on all day today and it still looks amazeballs

PLEASE try C.Y.O. Lifeproof foundation! It's a Walgreens exclusive, so it'd take a while to get to you, but it's the ONLY foundation that works for me and my combination skin. I don't even have to set it, which has NEVER happened to me before. I don't even have to use primer. I am in love.
I really love this foundation. I normally use a mixture of the shades "true ivory" and "ivory" and it works really well for me.
