There's such a lot to like in this video. Getting to explore all the side streets & alleys is great! I love the "We Trust Coffee" just because of the name. I think the vendor of the bungeoppang (is that right?) has his art down to a science. On a day when people had their hoods up against the cold, that food was still steaming after a good bit of time had passed. I'm really glad I found this channel. I learn something new every time I watch.
This place changed so much I was born n raised here in 80s-90s moved to NYC after Korea Korea Financial Crisis late 90s

Dear Japanese, these ugly buildings are very warm to live inside, but how about the average indoor temperature at each house in Japan? 10 degrees above zero, eh? Even Britian has 15 at each house! Are Japanese houses all tumbledown old shacks? It's very funny to hear!
