    Note the workers full gas mask. Their fume hood works amazingly

      Well, if they're working with chemicals, toxic in concentrations as low as 2-4ppm, you can never be too safe. Seems marketed towards governments and top tier labs that might be working with such things.

      Most likely the fumes exit through the duct on the roof of the building. But depending on the lab also an additional filter need to be applied.
