The population must always remember that no matter who we support, we all are supporting people that want power and control to belong to them and not the other parties. So when they (ANC, MK, DA, EFF, PA and whomever) are in competition, they consider whatever to have a share or control to power. The reality is the multi-party alliance is too small and too ideologically fractured and will not have the numbers to beat an alliance between the ANC and MK or between the ANC and the EFF, or between all three. The only hope SA really has at avoiding such a disasterous outcome, is an ANC, DA alliance, so don't be too hasty in bashing the DA. An alliance if this nature is the only hope we have of not decending into the oppressive chaos of the communistic fools.

Steenhuisen is logical. The DA's plan is to rescue SA, and all of these other parties just care about themselves. The Da have put all their past issues with other parties aside and have decided to work together to save South Africa, and this has been done via the MPC.

They have stated that their plan is to win the election with the MPC and that they will do absolutely everything in their power to make this happen.They do not want to go into coalition with the ANC, however if the MPC does not win the national government and there is a chance of an EFF and ANC coalition the DA will try to prevent the EFF from taking power by going into a coalition with the ANC. This would be the 'least worst option', but it is not what the DA wants. It is rather an act that would be taken if there were no other choice.
You really think when the DA sides with the ANC that the ANC will control them by a white minority, don't be fooled. The MCP is there to work together and throw of the ANC
