When I was a kid, I seriously thought "TO BE CONTINUED" at the end was "TUBE CONTINUED" and it was a joke about the fact that 75% of the demo was about going thought tubes. I'm an Italian guy born in 1992 and I didn't have any kind of English education until I was 13, that was the reason I did not understand the "TO BE" part.

Such a great game, I remember the first time I played it was on a demo disc i got with a playstation magazine then went on to play the full game, way ahead of its time! Though my demo ended when you got into the lift at the beginning.
Wow brings back so many memories i remember my brother had the demo like this and played it so many times i remember wishing i could pick up there guns and i never made it far lol
On my Demo (germany) there was a Nikita in the truck and i loved that thing so much :D I was super disapointed that in the Full-Version of the game there was only the Socom in that truck and only much later you got the nikita. great game!
Am I going nuts? I remember playing the PS demo but it was in Japanese, not English. I remember it very well because of how many times I died. The Japanese voice would say "Sneka, snekaa, SNEKAAAAAA!"
I love this game on the PlayStation one and I found out that you can kick the enemies off the balcony in tanker room on the top floor if you get spotted!
I remember playing this demo exactly once as a kid and drowning in the very first part (I think I got stuck in the crawl mode or something...?) - I think after that, I asked my (for lack of a better term) godmother for help and wound up just watching her play...
I once convinced a friend who almost never plays video games to try out the beginning of this game; he ran around all over the place and had a lot of trouble staying hidden, and when he finally got to the elevator Campbell told him "that took a long time", lol.

In USA, it came with a Pizza Hut delivery pizza. I played this disk for hours and hours and hours...

That's the first demo. The first one was in Japanese, but IIRC, there was another demo that ended this way, but it was with the english Voice Actors.
I had this first demo (in japanese). It was in the playstation interactive demo disc no. 8. It ended with the To Be Continued soon screen
