My mental health has been going thru it as well, to the point where my body won't fall into a deep sleep because I'm so subconsciously horrified of the trauma nightmares I've been getting since my depression has gotten so bad. To the girl who said no one is looking at you, you haven’t met my sister. She looks and critiques every single person she sees and I’m not even exaggerating. My whole life she has made me feel so ugly, and never good enough or pretty…. It took me 33 years to finally cut ties with her. I miss her but the amount of trauma I have now from all of the years of her saying I’m less than, my lips are not pretty, I’m fat, I have too much cellulite, my makeup and hair are ugly and mismatched, my clothes are cheap the lost goes on…. Like I should have fricken turned my back a long time ago. Now I look at myself and I’m like.. I’m really naturally pretty I don’t need any work done. It is sad though because she’s My sister and I do miss her.

@@oznyx3935 thank you I wish I realized this so much sooner …… I believed it all these years because I thought I needed her because I don’t have much family but then one day I just couldn’t do it anymore and I can’t stand liars/narcissists and I just had to cut ties and make boundaries. 🙏🏼
