Thank you both for bringing such an informative session. Many NRIs who want to come back to India are most worried about salary and work culture as per my understanding. I feel this concept of work remotely from India for US companies is the best case for a returning NRI.
I just have one question in this case: What were other portals through which one can apply for remote jobs?
Other portals can be Angellist(Wellfound now I think), Toptal, upwork, fiverr.
Maybe you should consider putting timeliness in your videos because nowadays people are restless and many channels has these timeliness which makes easy for them to navigate to their favourite section of podcast.

Since you did master and already have a job in US, is that one of the factor why companies are open to give you job and allow you to work remotely from india. Also, did you see people who were working in india and got a remote job for US company
