They ask a lot of scenario question. What would you do......, how would you solve..... they even go as far as asking about your personal achievement. In an interview, I told them I started a garden and was able to share my produce with my neighbour's. They were so fascinated and so interested in my garden. Interviews here are based more on how you can communicate, express yourself and answer questions.
Love this so much! Nic, you are amazing! A true asset to anyone that can secure you! So happy we were able to bring you aboard! Truly a pleasure! All the best my friend! Rod
I am on my mid stages of transition to the US from Kenya so i have been familiarizing myself with anything and everything and i must say this was eye opening.

This was awesome!!! I am waiting for my own fiancé to come on K1 from Cameroon. He wants to study IT. I will have him watch this video. Nic, please give advice for men who must wait for EAD so they don't go crazy with boredom. I worry for my fiancé when he finally gets here. Love you guys! 😁
You have to let them know that the reality is this country is based on systems. Everything takes time before it eventually clicks and works. He has to be informed that for a few months he will be idle and the best way is to find something to do.LIKE studying or a new skill. Let him take that time to understand how everything works and thank God he is here.. Say hi to him😊
