This Made in USA pair features cream, brown, and beige tones, drawing comparison to the "Mindful Grey" (Cream) general release pair from 2023. I ordered this yesterday. Will be my first 990v6. Everyone keeps saying the gr is better but I can’t find it in stock anywhere so I’m saving a little bit with the Ald pair than StockX or goat for the gr

Thanks for the quick review! Confirmed for me that I’m set with my cream GR pair from last summer. Really like this one too but I’m disappointed it wasn’t a more traditional ALD colorway with Navy and/or green.
I don't own the GR pair so I pulled the trigger on the ALD's! Great video as always!
I like these more than the GRs, they're more subdued and tonal which I really like. Both are great though.
I initially didn’t like the GR cream because of the mid panel separating the toe and heel color. Now that I see it on the ALD I prefer the GR. This looks like a 4th core colorway that should drop on NB with the grey, black, and navy.

I prefer these. Even though theyre pretty much the same, the middle panel not being the same color as the front and heel throws me off on the GR

Prefer the ALDs - I have the GR and I think they look more sporty (white hits, bigger looking N) while the ALDs are more classy and refined. Copped the ALDs and selling my GR!
ALD and NB always seem to release a GR style collab those 860 v2 white you reviewed are another example of laziness from ALD and NB. Most of their collaboration seem plain in my eyes. Compared to the other collaboration from other people NB teams up with, I have ALD tied for last with JJJhound.

There’s great things about both pairs. I like the “N” logo, shape, and black outsole on the ALD. But I like the midsole and laces of the GR. Overall, I like the ALDs and was happy to get them since my size in the mindful grey was sold out by the time I decided I wanted them.

I am debating about getting a 990v6 or a 991v2 for the fuel cell comfort. Prefer the look of the 991v2 but the color ways have been slow to roll out. Any suggestions?

If you have the gr no need to spend on the ald. Very disappointing to see no special branding on the tongue or heel. Confusing what teddy was doing with the repeat colorway
definitely prefer last yr's colorway but this is a good alternative. btw the poll result was amazing!

I mentioned this on IG when I saw a comparison as well, but the ALD cosign makes 0 difference to me, I'll just get whichever pair is cheaper. Coincidentally, I do happen to like the GR version a little more anyway...

Like the look on the original cream ones. The material and color for the overlays on the ALD pair should’ve been on the cream pair. And I prefer the “N” on the ALD pair more than the grey N on the cream joints. But NB is about shuttle differences, everything isn’t meant to wow you with splashes of color every single time…grown man B.I.
Think I prefer the GR I like how the midsole area is separated. Makes the toe area look so slick. Damn ALD y’all was mad lazy on this one 😂😂

Let's be real here , alot of collabs now are very basic and not if it wasn't for a name slapped on them they would be sale shelf fodder , these and them awful jjjjound 2002r that dropped , collabs just aren't what they used to be.

These are clean, but they’re so lazy. There’s been like 3 colorways that look identical. New Balance is slowly approaching Yeezy territory with releasing the same colorways
