Who fixes Jimmy vacuums?
We have global distributors who can give after-sale service. 😝
I live outside of Austin Texas and can’t find one company who said they can repair my Jimmy vacuum. Any suggestions. It worked great until it didn’t.

How long on one stop should I stop in order to sterilize the area with a the UV light?
Pull this vacuum back and forth like 2-3 times. There are two microwave buttons on the bottom to control the UV light.UV light will work when you use the machine.
