May God richly Bless you now and always thanks for posting this great sermon by Pastor Sammy Allen I’m truly blessed to be reminded of the blessed hope of spending eternity with my Saviour Jesus Christ Amen ❤😀🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
He said while preaching that “you won’t have to worry about being too heavenly minded in 1991, you have to worry about being too worldly minded”. That being said, it was probably 1991.
@@1974bubbie Bro Allen had a number of people who would do literally anything for him if they could. Yes, there were probably some people who followed him to the point of man worship. That doesn't take away the fact that he was a good preacher and faithful in serving the Lord throughout his life. It definitely doesn't excuse using stupid statements like the one you made.
He was a nice guy but was a liar who preached the damnable heresy of if you don’t have the works your not really saved. That’s a lie from the devil. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
Sir you are, in fact, a liar speaking a lie from the devil. I don't know if you're going off of someone else's word or you are misrepresenting what he said, but you are wrong either way. Bro Allen did talk about identifying marks of the believer. For example: "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another". He did talk about knowing people by their fruit as the Bible speaks of in Matthew 7. But at no point did he ever preach that you had to work or maintain works to be saved. In fact, he preached about going to Hell despite your works. And he preached the simple Gospel of by grace you're saved through faith, plus nothing, minus nothing. It is the gift of God. That's what he believed and what he preached. And anyone who suggests otherwise has no idea what they're talking about
@@abrahamkline8812 I heard him myself. He preached that garbage. I heard him say from the pulpit talking about people who said they got saved and never came to church insinuating they never got saved. I have heard a man from his church preach the same garbage. It’s basically saying the same thing. If you say that if you don’t have the works your not really saved then you might as well be saying you have to do works for salvation. Stacy Shifflet is even worse. Repent of your sins for salvation garbage. It’s by faith alone.
@@abrahamkline8812 and by the way, that is not the correct interpretation of Matthew chapter 7. It says by their fruits ye shall know them not by their works. It means that if you’re bringing forth false converts that preach of false gospel then you’re a false prophet.
@@jeremysadler516if that was what you came away believing he said, then you are simply hearing what you wanted to hear or how someone else told you to hear. Quick question, would you happen to be a follower of Pastor Steven Anderson?
@@abrahamkline8812 I listen to pastor Anderson. And I believe Pastor Anderson preaches it exactly correct. And I admire the man a lot. I give him credit for finally understanding that it’s completely by faith. But he isn’t the only one. Jack hyles preached the same gospel and so did Curtis Hutson to name a few more.
Enjoyed Brother Sammy and Faith Baptist Camp !!!

Dear friends in Christ, please pray for me and my mother
Thank you for posting this
Do you have any old videos of bro. Ed Ballew preaching? Bro. Sammy and bro. Ed were close friends for years.
I don't personally have any of Bro Ballew. I'm wanting to get a hold of as many old video cassettes as I can to upload them on to RUclips that I can
Thank you for posting this! Do you know what year this is?
It's believed to be around 1993-94

@@graciesbarbieworld5441 nice, so it was earlier than I thought. So he preached this back in the year I was born
Sammy Allen could fart loud and some of these Independent Baptists would amen it and run to smell it.
