I like your term "Hollow Energetics" Lee. I would say that the reason we feel hollow is because we don't know what we're supposed to do, and we're waiting for someone/thing else to give us a clue as to what to do. But really, nothing can make us do anything, and there's not anything we're "supposed" to do. There's just things we can do, and the consequences of the things we do or don't do. We have to be a part of a change. We're the ones that have to take action if we notice something needs to be done. So I think this hollowness just comes from a lack of momentum of action. We're waiting when we really need to move forward, through the fog, one step at a time, while taking any needed breaks. Through that forward movement, we can move forward with purpose.
The hollow feeling that I've come to know within me, is at times also a movement of a process that is so deep in my unconscious, that my mind can't GET it and feels a little panic, a sort of cluelessness. I've come to treat myself lovingly, when I find myself in such a moment and treat myself as if I'm a child, in need of comfort and loving attention. I love what you said about grief and loss. I unexpectedly lost my partner a year ago. After a very hard year, I have been feeling like I’m starting to work through my emotions better and am feeling lighter and able to move forward better.
Thank you, Lee. Your update is spot on. I've moved through moments, these last weeks, of almost a vertigo feeling, disorientated, sort of out of phase. At the same time, there's a new sense of confidence and direction. After moving through a period of grieving, last autumn, acknowledging that my 5 years of living in Britain is coming to an end, likely. It takes time. I'm possibly returning to my home in Holland, after summer next year, where I lived happily for 25 years until I felt the urge to move to the S.W. of Britain and make myself at home. The experience of being out of kilter with the British culture was learning by contrast for sure. The stronger sense of direction is very helpful, for it's as if I've been floating in mid-air, between steps, where I felt in doubt, drawn in other people's drama, and clueless for a while. The winter, with night frost and clear sunny days, has arrived, which brightens my sense of wellbeing. I've never before appreciated the light of day, the rays of sunlight and the presence of nature so much as in this time. There's an intensifying of sensual awareness as well, which allows me to express emotions and stop being contained and in control. I've got privacy now!
November seemed to be a balanced month on the whole up to these last two weeks. I have been overwhelmed with emotions. I am endeavoring to keep it together. I believe that surrender is the only way I'm going to make it....

Hollow energetics feels like a meditative state, deep feeling of nothingness. I don’t know whether to be depressed with it or not, due to, as you say the hollow feeling. I’ve found myself sitting with relaxing music to help me relax, it been weird and really appreciate you highlighting it for me. 2020 still feels like a long way away for me at present, though I do get giddy with the thought of Christmas, mainly memories or past Christmas’s, good and joy memories of the love from relatives. Also feel the need to give instead of receive... My emotions seem to be quiet. Always love when you help, I will look at the rebirth. Thank you💕
Thank you for mentioning 2016 until now-- it has been such a roller coaster time for me. I can feel an energy uptick already this month and know it will only get stronger as January comes. Grief does not have a time schedule but I am now 'winning' this battle and feel that I can now go forward where I was stuck for too long a time. I feel 2020 will be the time for us to grow as we had thought we would have done back in 2012.

I Am leaving 2020 the last few months have been deep grief. My daughter was diagnosed with disease. I can tell it’s leveling us up. You were right about November. The highs and lows were potent. I am hoping my grief cleared the way for rebirth. I have literally been in the underworld, but it’s not my first time here.
The hallow phase is where I’m at right now. I know that a big change is coming I feel it. This past year the universe was preparing me for the upcoming and it’s going to be big I know that. Two days before viewing this video, I had an emotional experience where I was dealt significant disappointment & concurrent isolation. Somehow, I witnessed my initial rallying to get a new outcome. Then I noticed my body keyed-up like a trauma response. Then I subsided and allowed all my feelings to emerge in a cascading fashion. It all passed quickly and I was restored albeit with a humble sense that I was OK. And I was! Hi Lee, I have been struggling since April with huge emotional tidal waves mostly around full moons, and since October I have been feeling that I am being forced to release a lifestyle and old patterns of behaviour that have been keeping me from really understanding myself and preventing me from being my true authentic self. I have taken a big decision to leave a well paid career that is making me miserable and ill and walk away from someone I love who isn't free to love me equally. I'm scared but I have to do this. I Am leaving 2020 the last few months have been deep grief. My daughter was diagnosed with disease. I can tell it’s leveling us up. You were right about November. The highs and lows were potent. I am hoping my grief cleared the way for rebirth. I have literally been in the underworld, but it’s not my first time here.

Two days before viewing this video, I had an emotional experience where I was dealt significant disappointment & concurrent isolation. Somehow, I witnessed my initial rallying to get a new outcome. Then I noticed my body keyed-up like a trauma response. Then I subsided and allowed all my feelings to emerge in a cascading fashion. It all passed quickly and I was restored albeit with a humble sense that I was OK. And I was! So to hear your words "surrender to emotion" are a wonderful confirmation as well as a reminder to stay awake! Many thanks, Lee!

Hi Lee, I have been struggling since April with huge emotional tidal waves mostly around full moons, and since October I have been feeling that I am being forced to release a lifestyle and old patterns of behaviour that have been keeping me from really understanding myself and preventing me from being my true authentic self. I have taken a big decision to leave a well paid career that is making me miserable and ill and walk away from someone I love who isn't free to love me equally. I'm scared but I have to do this. Thankyou for this report! Hollow Energetics and feeling discombobulated (needed translation on that word beeing Swedish), but was so to the point to what I am going through at the moment. Have been on a spiritual path for some time now but this feeling of the ground beeing pulled away from under me without reason and no tools that work has taken me aback.
