House of the Dragon watered down their own masterpiece with the disappointing Season 2, filled with FILLER episodes and “off books” nonsense that never made sense. But the S2 Finale should’ve ended right after that EPIC Daemon scene with Rhaenyra, because everything afterwards was utter garbage 🤦♂️ DAEMON STEALS THE SHOW as always, so just end it right there. What even happened afterwards?? Useless filler. That Alicent scene was the WORST. SHE STARTED THE WAR, but acts like an innocent victim.🤡 Alicent is the most irrelevant character but HBO forces her down your throat. It’s so bad
Dude chill out 😂😅 it ain't that serious lmao. First off, just in case you didn't know they unfortunately had to push back the last 2 episodes of season 2. I think it was due to the strike or something. I forget why. They'll make Season 3 an longer season because of it and the full dance of the dragons. I believe it's the last season too planned. Anyway, as for filler content as you say that's both because the book itself wasn't long plus going into more detials with things. Mind you this isn't a defense. You're fully in your right to not like it but just to give you some insights. As for Alicent acts like a victim but is this surprising? She BEEN doing that since the 5th episode of Season 1 lmao. This isn't shocking and mind you Rhaenyra doesn't let her off the hook so the show isn't justifying her actions but making her feel the full consequences of them
You kinda right about the Alicent thing being so far off from the book Alicent but as for the 8 episodes (ep 8 being a trailer for s3), HBO cut off their budget so I dont think thats the series' fault. Also, Matt (Daemon's actor) already warned the viewers that s2 lowkey different 😂
