This is the first video I see that actually talks about the degrees of the rising sign. I‘m Aquarius rising in a very late degree (28 degrees) so this transit will be in my 12th house for the most part .

My dog of 10 1/2 years died on June 24, 2024. Pluto was still in Aquarius. My baby brother died suddenly last June 17, 2023. Pluto was in Aquarius, and my mother died September 3, 2021. Pluto was in Capricorn. I inherited the dog from my mother when she became ill. The dog's death affected me the most on an unexplainable soul level.😢😢😢😢 My grandmother died on June 23, 1985, and my birthday is in June.
how would anyone explain being born in areas such as Greenland where the some constellations never go below the "horizon"? I.e. where signs don't rise because they never go beneath the horizon? 🤔 It seems then that "rising signs" ONLY apply to those who are born in/on/at areas where the constellations/zodiac signs do rise and go beneath.
@iamdey1232 would you be open to sharing date of birth, time, and location. This way I can take a look at it specifically. I did ask Karen to answer this and she had a great answer but before I share it I would like to see exactly what this looks like with a person who is in those areas. I spoke with Karen and she said this: "Yes, everyone has a rising sign. Where you were born can determine the house sizes if you are in very northern hemisphere. For those people, maybe the sun is technically “rising” in their case but they still have a rising sign. That’s why astrologers tend to use “ascendant” bc that’s the sign on the cusp of your first house." I hope this answers the question for you. I know they are planning another video soon. I will speak with her about maybe addressing this as well. A bit of a hint is, there is an app that is called Time Passages. If you get the paid version which is 50.00 you can put in your time and location and it will tell you all of that. Also you can actually reach out to Karen and get a personal reading.
