You would need to replace soya beans with an alternative plant protein to achieve the desired results. Lime on the other hand provides an excellent source of calcium in the diet therefore you can not formulate feeds without it.
just just wanted to ask what is the difference between grower broiler feed and finisher feed because I have just seen you formulating finisher feed which I remember you said you must start giving your chicken at around 3-6weeks can you please help me on that.
@@eLengo now in case you don't have access to wheat pollard because in some place it's expensive and a result some farmers can't afford to buy now in this case which macro ingredient can be replaced your response will be appreciated
Pollard is the most suited because it is easily digestible and has a relative high protein content. Using other ingredients will definitely not give you the expected results .this would be millet, barley or even sorghum.

No they can not. Feed are formulated for each livestock separately because the end goal is different in each case.

Broilers have two feeding stages ,starter and finisher. Grower and finisher are used to stand for the same thing. Hope this clarifies it for you.
