In Creative Writing Figures of speech are creative expressions used to add artistic element in writing.
When using figures of speech, it is important to recognize that this is for purposes of adding creative flair in our statements, as such, must not be taken in its literal meaning.
In this video, we shall discuss about the basic definitions and purposes of figures of speech, as well as some of the types (Simile, Metaphor, Personification, Hyperbole)
