He absolutely does a great deal of acting. Don't confuse a lack of dialogue for a lack of acting ability. He's easily one of the most expressive performers in the cast. I'd say the only people who outshine him on that front are Grace Zabriskie, Ray Wise and Sheryl Lee. His three co-stars from the film.
Mike and Bob are the perfect duo, there's some un-used footage from the black lodge sequence of the last episode they use for atmospherics in the new blu-ray set that are AMAZING.

Bob really scared me and I even had nightmares about him for years, but seeing this interview, the actor comes across as a really lovely guy and I don’t think I will be scared to see him anymore.
Frank's voice is so different to the rest of his being. It's wonderful to see him laughing and talking normally considering what he is known for playing.

Not really. This aired just before the S2 finale, well after it had been revealed who killed Laura. Besides, ‘spoilers’ weren’t even a thing in television in 1991.
I can see why some people would be pissed about being spoiled, even if the show has been off the air since the 90's. Some people haven't seen it yet and would like to see it, like with me. But with me I'm not as mad because I already saw both seasons. here's my recap, Season 1: Good. Season 2: Good until episode 10, then despite having some good moments; it went down hill. But still check it out (I highly recommend it.)

Frank Silva died 4 years after the show got axed! He was never meant to be a actor as he is a professional set designer but he did have charisma as a leading man or character actor. What killed him was AIDS and some of us can assume how he got it as he did not deserve to die like that.

Its just hard for actors to get noticed so he did stage design until he could get noticed, then he did, and then his HIV diagnosis derailed a future acting career. Which I know people who have met Lynch and Michael J. Anderson, and both said that Frank Silva had been diagnosed as HIV positive a couple yearsbefore he died.
