Looks pretty fun but still extremely unpopular. Maybe if a pro league was created 60 years ago, it would be in the top 5 sports and athletes would get paid lots of money. Other than that, nice concept.
I'm European and handball has been popular in Europe ever since its creation, but not enough at all to compete with a sport like football. There are handball players in Europe that makes more than $100k per year, but very few, only the top players (I believe there are less than 100 such players around the whole world). Lots of money will never be, but at least to have players in India that could be really professionals in this sport, I mean by this, to make a living by playing this sport, not to get rich.
I have played handball in my school and believe me it's freaking amazing to play. So much happens in just no time and you have to be active all the time.
