Looks like he created a mount for the camera that pivots on an axis with a counterbalance under the car on the front (oposite to the camera) that makes camera move inwuard the curves. And sping loaded to the center. Similar to a cronstruction crane. Really clever

My interior is mostly stripped so i use a clamp and friction arm to mount to the hard metal of the B pillar. You could use a suction cup and mount to the glass though. Here's the amazon link. a.co/d/26Ditcx I'm also using a GoPro Max for the interior shots so it's geo stabilized and I has a super wide FOV and I can reframe as needed.
@Rev Lox my current issue Is I'm in a miata and my options are glass and head.... and the windshield is too short for the head lol. Do you think the glass would shake too much without the camera stabilization?
@@NullFoxx Yeah Miata's are a pretty tight squeeze for first person pov shots. Using a 4inch suction cup near the rear view mirror and then stretching the friction arm with the Gopro to where the visor flips down would be a decent pov and would be fine in terms of stabilization. Only problem is that you wouldn't get any wheel action. To solve that you'd have to get a headstrap/gopro. @@NullFoxx Forsure. Maybe you could create a mount from a neck doughnut. The gopro would mount to the top and sit in front of your chin. That way your head wouldn't have to support the weight of the camera. If you go that wrought it would be wise to get an external audio source so that you're not ruining the gopro audio with your breath.
