Teramisu well, I guess it happens , is push to talk by default on cause I played dayZ once but I can't seem to be more diplomatic to people, I can't find a gun with ammo and food, I find a gun, but no ammo nor food, and when I find food, no gun, any safe place to find guns and food, I know bout those wooden houses with a gun in it but I wanna know what form of route to get a rifle, backpack and essential supplies, any ideas,
Ps: only played it once and this put me off, may play again tho
@@thechuckennoris5751It's not that complicated, it just depends on your luck. Food, backpacks, pistols, shotguns, etc can all be found inside normal villages and Cities. Rifles can be found at all military locations, same to everything else but the food is quite rare there.
A Tipp from me would be that you should check Hunting stands, that you can find all around the map. In those stands can spawn
Hunting equipment, like a Mosin, Field bottles, Winchester rounds, The M700 Winchester and if you're lucky a Hunting backpack.

You missed that shot at 6:22 because you don't understand ballistics. That scope has a 100 yd zero, with that zero 308 rises until about 50 yards and then starts to drop. You aimed at the top of his head from about 30 yards which means the round sailed about 3 inches over his head. And now you know...you're welcome.

i know this is an old comment but i havent been able to share it anywhere else,
i met a group, naturally became their slave, after a few minutes of goofing around, we built a friendship, me and three guys, we looted, killed, hunted, and talk for like an hour. then we found another person. naturally, we went up to him in hopes of loot, but instead got shot, (RIP BILL) after bill dies, im shot twice, an infection and low bullets, the other two werent hurt. After about 5 minutes we had scavenged, and yet no medicine was found, i led them to a well, let them drink. then shot myself.

hit reg aside... dayz ballistics and weapon characteristics are still based off the Real Virtuality engine. I know "dayz runs on enfusion" yep but they borrow lots of elements from Arma.
snap shooting while moving and leaning throws your spread/aim way off. you have to take a couple seconds to settle your aim for a "perfect" shot. I have come around corners and had sights on people plenty of times and my first shot or 2 misses. turning left and right while leaning always seems to increase the aim bloom more for some reason too.

I had a similar encounter with the pistol clip except I was a freshy and was on red health a walk up to a guy half expecting him to kill me put he ignores me as I start to follow him. He takes me to his car and pays no attention to me as he is filling the car with gas I then look in the trunk and see an SVD and some mags. I take the mag firsts as it’s less suspicious then I take the rifle, load it, and proceed to plant three rounds in his chest.

Hello Survivors,
SCB CRASHAKATAZ here and I'm looking for some people both fresh and veterans looking for a more rp friendly server. There is no KOS allowed but in the discord you can find locations where pvp is allowed and other rules. We use a white armband to signify PVE players and killing these survivors will result in a ban. Red armbands signify players open to pvp meaning that those wearing them can be shot on sight though I would personally encourage more "creative" interactions. With rubber slugs coming and mods later this year maybe it'll be possible to actually have an arsenal of non lethal ways to take another character. I'd like to see people playing cannibals, adits, mercenaries, bounty hunters and all types of things but my hopes is that instead of straight death-matching it (unless in dedicated pvp areas) players will try to engage in more interaction with others whether it be friend or foe. Right now the server is whitelisted so only people i allow can join and this is to hopefully keep base raiding and other offenses at a minimum along with server logs and the map that i can use to track players if they're suspected of doing something. while the system is weird to use its still somewhat useful. There is a trade depot, car depot, and more things in the works but other people and groups that play the server but to be completely transparent the server doesn't maintain a medium or high population and that's why I'm here promoting the server, I've posted on some xbox clubs and made some looking for groups so hopefully we can bring some traffic to the server and build a bigger community. A lot of what happens with the server is discussed in discord and changes are 9 times out of ten left to the community like when the map changed from Chernarus to Livonia.
