Somebody turned me on to using 'baking powder' on top of chicken so that while baking it comes out nice and crispy. And it works. Anyhow, this recipe looks really good. And TXs for explaining things so well (also, TXs for not screaming, like many RUclipsrs do) and TXS for playing some nice soft music in the background. So many RUclipsrs use really loud music in their videos, making their videos unwatchable, and so, I appreciate you choosing soft soothing background music. Thanks again
