- My Diamond Painting Craft room is so ready for some better organization! Here are some ideas and things I do to store my stuff! (The large storage shelving on rollers at the end of the video is from Aldi.)

I use the sticky pad to hold my glue clay squares. They stay put and easy to access. I don’t use them for trays since it makes them harder to get off when I have to shake them so the diamonds will turn upright

Hi! I’m a new diamond painter and I’m at that stage where I’m trying to figure out storage! I’m so happy I found you. I love love all of your storage ideas. That is so sad about that crushed organizer and hope you’ve been able to make it right. My daughter had actually found that cart you displayed… I had to pause and immediately let her know you have one!!! Lol. Thank you for your ideas and sharing. The
sticky pads are awesome and you can wash them off with water and they get sticky again. Just make sure you keep the plastic they come with when you store them away.
UH oh! I bet I lost the plastic for the ones I am using under my light pad! EEEk!
They are good for holding your cell phones in place also❣️

I've been using the poster board carrier for a long time now for my paintings that haven't been completed yet. I go to the dollar tree and get one sheet of foam board to make it sturdy and then I buy their poster boards 2 for $1 and I use those for "page separators" between the paintings. I fit 2 30x40 per page and 1 40x50 or 50x60 per page. Then I hook them onto a hangar and hang them in my closet. I have over 200 paintings in 6 carriers. Thank you so much for sharing!
Great Idea about the poster board! Foam Core board would be great too! I will have to go get some!

Im new to your channel and love watching I love those silicone mats I use them all the time.. I have a drafting table and it tilts up so those hold my drill tray full of drills it won’t slide down my table I love it your so funny throwing them at the wall never thought of that I’m surprised my grandkids didn’t think of It 😂
LOLOL! They reminded me of those sticky gooey things we would get out of those quarter machines in the grocery stores back in the day!
Saw your video for the first time. I like how you’re really down to earth, and even sharing some of your playing by throwing the sticky things against the wall. I am now a subscriber Mim’s house because I think you’re wonderful. I have purchased a lot of diamond paintings. However I have not done one yet. So I’m learning about storing the diamonds and getting everything ready to do one. Thank you for your ideas.

U can wash them on the little sticky mats and let dry and can use it again and again. U even can place it on your car dashboard and will hold the phone

I love these smaller ones then for the overflow I use the larger ones from harbor freight!!
I was just in Northern Tools, and I should have looked to see what they had! UG! Ill have to get hubby to take me to Harbor Freight next. We have a few things to get for our lil RV.
Great ideas! I love those bags! I’ve never seen them! Just tonight I had my husband dig out a WIP for me from my closet that had gotten buried. Thankfully it’s ok. I definitely need some of these. 👍🏼

I live in Australia and I have never had a problem with HAUCAN... In fact I have been happy with the canvas, drills, packaging, and delivery time. I have always received an upgraded tool kit with what I order. I don't order anything under 30x40cm. I've never had to question their quality. Unlike some other suppliers. for example, some of my Amazon DP's kits, I ordered, I have had to throw away the canvas due to poor print rendering. By comparison.
I am glad to hear it Terri-Marie. My episode with Haucan may have been a phase they were going through 3 years ago when I was purchasing from them.
Those sticky things can be used in the car to hold your cell phone to your dashboard so it doesn't slide all over the place !

The sticky pad looks like the pad you put on the dashboard of your car so you can put your phone on it without worrying about it moving around while your driving

I love the bags I have these little A3 portfolio black ones they good enough for my 30cm*40 cm but I’m gonna need bigger ones I’ll have a look on Amazon the 20 or so I have still to do they still all rolled up with the drills and the same bag is starting to go wider might just get a sports bag to put them in for now plus they have to go on my flight when I move worried they gonna get damaged
Have you thought of tubes. If you use mailing tubes or poster tubes make sure to roll them with the diamonds outwards so they wont jam and come off. Thank you for watching!! :)
*Hello, I'm your 372nd Thumbs up. I agreed I prefer the first one over the one you showed that came damaged. I'm a Newbie to Diamond painting and watching all the video's I can about it. Definitely store information. What do you do with most of your finished DP's? I'll be making some for gifts, but after that what do you suggest, because I love diamond painting. I have some clear storage portfolios that I will put the completed ones in. Some I glue to a stretched canvas to hang. I like to change out as seasons change. That way I can show more than a few and it freshens the walls with the change. I keep all my left over diamond painting drills in storage boxes (the tic tac ones) and put the numbers of the colors on the top of the lil cases. Just in case I need a certain color that I run out of or am missing.
@@MimsHowse *Only the colors match for the same companies not all companies have the same colors right? I bought a thousand two by three ziplock bags that I'll be using for all of my stuff and putting those in a box. Yes I can, I use the blue tack for hanging posters. You can get it on amazon. It lasts forever, you could will it to someone lol. JK it doesn't leave the pink residue either.
I love that painting with girl reading. It’s gorgeous. What do people do with extra drills after painting is done? Can they be used on other painting? Do you have to get new container sets for each painting?
We usually keep them in containers where we can label the color number on them in case we get a DP that is missing any. I just cant bring myself to throw em away. LOL!

Hi!! I'm Jan and I am a newbie. The little storage box that is your favorite with the tic tac cases. May I please have the link for those. I know you posted this a bit ago. Thank you. My work around and what I use my extras for. I use the bags they come in and an egg cartons to keep them numbered. Can't send pics or I would. I had a water globe that the glass broke so I am putting dots on it and l adding the my fairy garden in my fairy ring.

I have made gift 🎁 boxes that I rewrapped with other wrapping paper cos I didn’t like what they looked like and made color cards thicker then printer paper I’ve made them smaller then the baggies added dmc code to it and made cards to fit the boxes and made dmc numbers for them and now I just add to it u can put ur square drills in the same place as the rounds they just have round stickers it’s a system that works for me takes up less space
I’m have gotten better storage containers from Amazon now i don’t have to use a tray I hate them cos u just shimmy and shake nd they fall into place I don’t still have a proper tower just found a plastic box to add my containers to while I’m working it works for now can’t order more at the moment I’m in the process of moving so can do what I have

The sticky mats are nice and if they get pet hair or dust on them just rinse with water and air dry good as new
I am currently using them under my light pad to keep it from moving around.
Are Diamond dots the same as Diamond art club?
I am not sure as I have not done the Diamond Art Club. Diamond dots seem to be its own brand of Diamond painting. Maybe someone else would know more. Thank you for asking and watching my video! God Bless!
