Hello Layla, watching your video now and you are not the only one chasing the shiny new object 😂 I unfortunately am guilty of going down that rabbit hole. Love your content. It’s refreshing to hear someone going through similar situations as myself. Being a caregiver company and providing services to the elderly comes a lot of documentation. Keep up the great work!
Very informative stream! I can't wait for the day you will become extra super popular in systems and business processes, though by that time you will no longer notice my comment. FYI, I have watched all your videos and your team is doing incredibly great at helping people like me navigate these things. Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for sharing, ,my biggest part I'm stuck is which tool to use to document the sop. I love click up but rest of my organization don't have access and they are using MS Teams, but I don't like using ms word to document because is hard to find specific sop in word document , any suggestions? Osorio what is the whiteboard tool are u using ?
I’d say the best spot for SOPs is the spot your whole team is willing to use! So, MS docs may be your best bet here. Also, this software is processdriven.co/whimsical
@@ms8211 oh I'm glad to hear that! I have a video coming out in a few weeks were I'll define Equipment and a few other terms based on your feedback. I hope it's helpful!! :)

I appreciate that!
Great video!
The hardest part is implementing the process in such a way that people cannot bypass it.
Great video! what software are you using to illustrate all these ideas?
looks very handy for brainstorming.
We are using Whimsical: processdriven.co/whimsical

Good video, but you use many unnecessary fancy words, making it difficult to understand.
Like what?
