This was a rewatch for me. I enjoyed a story where the lead and most of the support characters are reasonable (for a drama). The actors and actresses did well. Love is found. Revenge is delivered. Old and new crimes solved. Handicap condition was not real (I always have mixed feelings about faking a handicap or suddenly waking from a coma strong and beautiful...but I keep watching these dramas).

Oh my!!! Why most of the female actresses have so much white paint on their faces until i thought i was looking at a mini drama of white female ghosts... 😅
About an hour into the story, I feel sorry for the MLs assistant Xiao Li when he's being asked if he think ML is right or FL is right (about the choice of friends). "What if you had to choose one?" and his answer is "I choose to die" 🤣🤣🤣 I can totally understand his dilemma; do you choose your boss or his wife. It's a choice between plague or cholera (as we say in my country).
Dear writers, Can we try some new story lines? I think most of us are tired of the following 1. FLs going back to the person who severly abused them over an extended period of time....at least make the ML and all the other bullies go through the same or worse for the same amount of time the FL did. 2. Enough with killing/kidnapping of minors 3. Women IRL don't miscarry as easily as these drama wenches do. All it seems to take is for the wind to blow sideways. Unless the woman has some serious problems, it doesn't work that way 4. Faking death multiple times 5. Enough of bad guys being enabled to commit as many crimes as they want with no repercussions. Our justice system in the U.S has a lit of holes, but here we at least pretend to prosecute wealthy people who commit crimes 6. Anyone walking into a hospitalto tamper with records.....WTF? Do Chinese doctors get paid so little that they're willing to risk their careers over bribes? 7. FLs being forced to undergo abortions or forced to "donate" organs without their consent. 8. Villains hacking security systems like they're working with kids toy 9. Waiting until after the poor FL is on her death bed to finally "investigate" something from years ago. Imagine if it was done right away And so much more....... While I personally watch the dramas to escape the pressures of real life, but can we put some reality to the stories? If I want to watch something fantastic and unbelievable, I have Disney+ for that.
These chinese drama always got the leads looking like a ghost face lol some scenes the editor brightened but others not and you see the difference from their face and the rest of the body lmao

Some parts are silent/muted or have odd music playing to elude copyright scans. There are missing CCs, odd music plays over dialogue, and missing audio dialogue. While this drama has a lot less physical violence against the FL please don't help them get money they did not earn appropriately by watching! There are too many apps available allowing for viewing these dramas.
