luckily they don't, for some reason them being on a cactus as opposed to magma blocks or campfires, so long as they are always being frightened by zombies they stay tucked up and don't ever die, even with reloading the game or stuff
Removing the cactus after the potion effect runs out ensures that they stay alive forever, in a frightened state, armadillos take a lot more damage (like a lot!) but still are not immortal.
The farm worked fine for me, but now one of the carpets dissappears and the trident drops too…replacing doesnt fix the problem, it happens again. Any way to fix this?
@@nobidubie no I have made this farm today and my phone lagged 3gb ram my phone i putted 8 armadillo so never put more than 5 armaddilio and armadillo do not die in cactus I didn't break caktus there still taking damage the ar immortal while taking damage in cactus i giesss
I was pretty sure trident killers didn't work in java, a search found: In Bedrock Edition, thrown tridents deal damage every time they hit an entity, allowing piston mechanisms to kill many entities. This does not work in Java, and could be very beneficial to the game experience.
Hey, I just tested the farm in survival and it worked… I did it with 5 armadillos and the hole Server was lagging and the silver fishes are spawning faster then getting killed by 4 tridents. 😅 The first time they infected my hole basement. 😂

the silverfish will retreat into stone blocks... you need to use glass or a non stone block
