I'm using nvidia GTX 970 4GB RAM
This is a decent card but old, I don't know if you can still find one
A good alternative would be gtx 1070.
1080 ti is the most powerful one you can get for Lumion

me too but Lumion is much faster . so if you need to render something fast just do it by lumion
