SIMILAN ISLANDS, THAILAND: Paradise Found! (4K)

The Similan Islands (Mu Ko Similan National Park) is a continental archipelago in the Andaman Sea off the coast of southern Thailand. It is the maritime border between India and Thailand. It features beautiful turquoise waters and distinct large rock formations. It feels like you are in paradise. As you will see, I hiked up one of these large rock formations to get a stunning view of the bay. It was not an easy hike as there are rocks and tree trunks on the hiking trail, and the fact that I was carrying a 12 pound backpack with a GoPro in one hand and a can of Coke in the other didn't make it any easier, but it was worth it when you see the view from up top.
